AVOID! I’ve paid €200 in January for them to help with my son’s Residency. At first they filled the wrong form and did not submit all documents. Since then we have been back and forth including them filling the incorrect form again. Their last communication with me was in July when they said they had submitted the paperwork. They haven’t. Now they do not offer the service I paid for so it is clear they do not know what they are doing. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund which I have in message from them they would give if they could not get residency for my son. They ignore all messages. I have now paid someone else to do this for my son. I am €200 out of pocket plus flights because I can not travel until this is done. They are crooks and when things go wrong they do not answer messages!
