Excellent service from start to finish. After having alittle problem with the one side of the frame on the next to me bed, I contacted the company during christmas, not expecting a response at this time, but I had a alittle upset girl. The next morning, the company had replied being extremely helpful and 2 days later, I was delivered brand new legs for the cot. Great company, great communication, fast delivery and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend

Don’t be fooled by the “good reviews” I left a bad review and it was reported this week for defamation lol, my review was put back up as everything I said was true. They’re reporting all the bad reviews to make the company seem legit. They’re not legit they’ll take your money and not send anything. Complete scam

Follow on as can’t reply to the comment. Everything I’ve said is TRUE and I have the email to confirm. There was no pre order lmao, I never cancelled any order as I could never get in contact with this so called company. My original review was from a year ago and can clearly see nothings changed lol. Only reason I got a refund was because I paid with Klarna otherwise I doubt i would have had anything back. If what I’m saying is lies then why are you still having the same type of reviews now?? And if my review is defamation like you reported through this app then why did it go in my favour and the review was put back up? Because what I’ve said is facts. I still have all the screenshots and order details so don’t pmo because I will upload them aswell as the email.

Furthermore I had my refund through klarna which was over a year ago. I’ve got no reason to lie or get any benefit from this?? Make it make sense queen

Ordered a baby dolls pram for my 1 year old granddaughter which has arrived in plenty time for xmas and it is beautiful .Baby boutique have been so proffesional from start to finnish always responding to my quieries so a big thankyou to the girls who run it and i will defentily be ordering from this company again

I ordered a giraffe teddy on the 9 th October that said it had a 3-5 day delivery time. This has still not arrived. When contacting them I was told it was a pre order item that would be here by the 11 /11. It is niw the 14th /11 and still nothing. They are now ignoring my emails and request for a refund! Stay away

DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE!

I ordered a baby car seat over a week ago now and I was told according to their website delivery would be 2-4 days well it’s been a week now and I’ve had nothing. I emailed them and they replied saying that it will be with me this week. Obviously that didn’t happen. I was told then on Facebook by them that it will be dispatched today and I’ll get tracking information, again that didn’t happen either. Ve tried to contact them multiple times via email as that’s the ONLY form of contact they offer! And guess what? No reply from them. I sent another 2 emails of which there was no reply again.

So I go back to Facebook to try and message them but guess what? They’ve blocked me!!!

Now they’ve stolen my money which was over £300 for a baby car seat! I’m left with no car seat, no money and worst of all NO COMMUNICATION!!!

If i could give zero stars I would. Let's start off by stating they have 1 mee go quantrum light blue in stock.. they lied! It's taken almost 3 months to receive my pram. Lied from start to finish! Finally recieved my pram today by actually being in contact with mee-go instead of these jokers. Do not!!!! Order on line! I've never known anything like baby boutique uk. Awful customer service. Liars. Lack of communication! Only interested in your money, not the welfare of the customer. Actually disgusted how we've been treated these last 3 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I'd just like to add mee go is not the issue in any way shape or form!!! Its the actual shop " baby boutique" mee go couldn't be any more helpful even if they tried! They were amazing. BABY BOUTIQUE UK - USLESS AND LIARS. If I was rating meego they would have 5 stars!!!

Terrible experience with this baby boutique. The manager gave me false information multiple times—telling me the parcel had shipped, only for the tracking to show “preparing” even 4 working days later. There was no decent communication—no updates, no apology, not even a basic “hello, sorry for any inconvenience caused” Absolutely awful customer service! Thanks to all this, I now have very little time left to prepare the gift for my daughter’s birthday. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Baby boutique took our money - never delivered any part of the order - don't reply to emails customer service is atrocious - if it wasn't for the padlock on the website id think it was a scam - don't ever part with any money to this company you will lose it

Fantastic communication from this company. By far the best compared to any other sites. Lovely baby doll bundle. My little girl is going to be so happy.

I ordered a “Reborn Girl Monkey with Pink Dress and Dummy”. I browsed the website and they had numerous options at the most reasonable prices I’ve seen online! Shipping was very fast and with a reliable courier.

Shipping went into my junk mail (my fault) and communication was very fast. I messaged on Facebook messenger as that was the easier option for me and replies have been fast and helpful.
