Robert Munday is a standout employee!

Service provided by Robert Munday was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue after my connection was changed and Robert sorted everything out for me even on his day off! It was a pleasure to speak to somebody who was friendly, interested and so helpful!

I was with Berry Telecom

Babble Telecom - 0 out of 10. I was with Berry Telecom, they were bought by Babble Telecom and my bills went up and up, I called and tried to find out WHY but no one could explain. I have never had so much stress and would advise everyone to avoid this company. I finally gave up and went to another company and they then charged me lots of money to leave them. NEVER NEVER WANT TO HEAR THEIR NAME AGAIN. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Also shocked by the auto renewal

Also shocked by the auto renewal. It is appalling customer service. It is daylight robbery to auto renewal with zero email reminders. I haven’t used the app for 11 months so of course I do not get in app reminders which are buried deep! Truly shocking. Email reminders should be sent to remind you. I emailed three times to get a refund and the sheer bluntness is shocking. I will never use them again and will certainly warn others away from Babble

Same problem as many others on here…

Same problem as many others on here about auto, renewing contracts. I purchased a year plans but didn’t turn out using it. Canceled the subscription on my iPhone subscription page but that doesn’t work with Babble. Awful customer experience and decency to do the right thing. Soulless company.

Auto renewal rip off!

I bought the discounted 1-year plan. I found the product useful enough.

Then a year later WITH NO NOTICE AT ALL they signed me up for another year and charged my card.

That infuriates me!

Had they sent a nice e-mail and said, "Hey it's time to renew I might have because it is a decent product.

For me to find out ONLY by reviewing my credit card charges they just re-upped me without even so much as a thank you is just despicable and I will not tolerate it. Regardless of how useful the product may be dishonest business practices like this can not be tolerated

Only gave one star as no star isn’t an…

Only gave one star as no star isn’t an option. Complete shower now. I was with ADSI before babble took over. They were great. But Babble has too many customers now they have taken over independent companies this has made their customer care the worst I’ve seen. Don’t even consider using their services. Beware .

Use YouTube videos

As a tri-lingual individual and a Spanish teacher and court translator, I recommend using free YouTube videos for learning most languages. Also, finding someone to interact with is a plus.

Does it get any worse?

What does it say when you contact a service about something that means income for them (in this case a lifetime subscription) and they don't reply?

It tells you how little they care. If they're not interested in replying about something they would benefit from, how can anyone believe they'd reply to lesser issues, like help or questions?

Forget it.
