After that, they used a duplicate account that was created afterward as the basis for withholding my remaining winnings, despite the redemption request already being pending. I found their handling of my case to be unfair, inconsistent, and lacking transparency, and customer support failed to provide a reasonable resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Baba Casino and encourage others to read the terms carefully and research customer reviews before depositing money.
