Got a great deal and quick service from the seller.

I ordered 4 PCV1630s on 1/16/26. My credit card was charged on that day even though nothing was ever shipped. I tried contacting them after 2 weeks, by phone, email, text and could never get anyone to respond. I waited a couple more weeks and still nothing, no shipping information or any response from B2E. This was a $2700 charge to my card. I figured if they actually did not have the PCVs that they would respond and refund me accordingly. But what I did have to do was call the credit card company to have them dispute it. I received my refund but no thanks to B2E.

I placed an overnight order for 8 actuators on Thursday 10/9/25, on Monday morning (10/13/25) they had still not arrived. I called, they actually answered and told me they forgot to process my order but they will get it shipped out immediately. about 4 days later 3 out of my 8 actuators arrived. I continued calling, emailing, and messaging them on Facebook with no responses what so ever, while i continued to ask for a call back. Finally I got an email back on 10/22/25 that they were trying to locate my missing actuators, I responded immediately asking for a call back, still nothing. This morning (10/23/25) I received a second shipment with 4 more actuators. I have continued trying calling and emailing with Zero responses. Do not recommend using this company for anything. I was also told by the one and only person that actually answered my calls that I would be reimbursed for the $130 overnight shipping and that has not happened either. Very disappointed.
