I just got myself a whole group set of SRAM Force, and some additional parts upgrade a gravel bike

Superb customer service
The shipping was fast. The chat service was one of the best I've ever had experienced. It would be even better if the store could let me know they only had one unit in the stock before they ship them. As I ordered two units but only got one unit in the package without explanation. However, the chat service clarified this and provided refund after.

Quick and easy to deal with
