The capsules don't really work. I don't feel more energetic the next day. I even feel, like I'm sleeping unwell afterwards.

Each body is unique, and for most people, the effects usually set in after about 7–8 hours. However, there are exceptions where this may happen sooner or later. Such outliers can occasionally occur with dietary supplements because factors like recent meal timing, metabolism, sleep patterns, and overall health all play a role.

Genuinely good product. Thought it might be a placebo effect, but I don't take them every night, and don't really think about whether I took one or not before I'm up & about and relatively energetic. There's a marked difference, I just get on with waking up now, as opposed to resenting every second. Nice work! Could do with lasting an hour or so longer, but otherwise perfect.

Update: I received a reply after posting this review and got the requested refund.
They claim they offer a "30 day money back guarantee" on their website. This product didn't work for me and I have tried contacting them twice, and received no response.

1-2 times a week for an extra boost; the product is perfect for me! B-sync on helps me to get fit more quickly on low-energy days and it also has a very positive effect on my mood in the morning. To maximize the benefits of our B・SYNC ON capsules, please take them 2 hours after your last meal. If you regularly consume a lot of caffeine through coffee or energy drinks, you might consider trying our FORTE version, which will be available in a few weeks. ON FORTE contains 120mg of caffeine, approximately equivalent to a double espresso, and is therefore more effective in the morning.
