Service was very fast and friendly, delivered in time and no delays

I ordered a Raymond Weil watch for my Dad's 60th birthday. I was a bit hesitant as I had not heard of this website before but after reading reviews, I decided to order the watch as it was cheaper than anywhere else I had seen it online and in store. I was pleasantly surprised - the watch arrived next day via Special delivery (free of charge) and was in pristine condition with a lovely gift box etc. My dad loved his birthday gift. Thank you.

Have purchased a few times from them now & have never been disappointed, beautiful pieces & a very helpful team too! Any questions I've had have been very promptly answered and I'm sure I will keep going back!

excellent service, would use again

Unfortunately I can't really comment much on the service. I bought a Hugo Boss watch from JMLive. Unfortunately when it arrived the face was slightly wonky and I wanted to exchanged it (which was accepted). However, I forgot to send it special and only sent it recorded delivery and it mysteriously went missing with Royal Mail. JMLive said they never received it and I eventually got half my money back with Royal Mail. So I totally lost out!
All I would say is make sure you cover the cost of the item you are buying if you need to send it back!

Noting to say but if I ever need a watch this will be the place I will buy it from

I was very pleased with the speed of the original delivery, but a bit disappointed that the chain I ordered, which wasn't cheap, didn't reflect the online picture. I was even more disappointed that one of the links in it had a rough edge. However, after posting a less than happy review, Zevi telephoned me, I returned the necklace and within a couple of days a perfect replacement arrived! So all in all, very good service and I would definitely use them again.

This game is sooooooo addictive I just love it! I like the way you can just pick it up play a level and then put it down again for a day and then come back and play whenever YOU want to. Sound effects are great and add to the depth of the game - keep up the good work!
