Unlawful Thieving- Criminal Energy org

Benergy/SUPA energy are the worst, most unscrupulous criminal energy syndicate that anyone could possibly make the mistake of engaging .
Benergy is NOT registered for GST in Australia according to ASIC, where Geoff Horth, the CEO and stake holders are registered as a trust fund . It is SUPA ( Smart Urban Properties Australia ) under the CEO,- Sam Scoutas ( also CEO of Fibercorp - garbage ), who is the ' holder ' of the benergy title . There is no SUPA energy as the retailer written anywhere on customers ridiculously extortionate bills .

Developers get suckered into these parasitic embedded networks whilst buildings are being constructed, where these networks approach, entice and sell them on, ' no cost for meters and equipment installation and no operational costs as tenants foot the common areas bill '. The catch is they make developers sign an exclusive lock-in contract for x amount of years where no other energy provider can have access to the premises . This enables the scumbag 'benergy and Co. to mercilessly break all consumer laws and go wild with ripping tenants off for energy/hot water consumption .

Benergy/Supa energy are in violation under consumer laws sections;
18- Misleading deceptive conduct,
60- Due care and skill,
and 29- False misleading representation of services .

They lie in their promo literature and welcome pack, where they state that the consumer has the right to chose another retail energy provider . This has proven to be a lie as the gate meters are locked,- inaccessible to other energy Co's .
They falsely state " we match other energy companies lowest rates .", another lie as when anyone calls their customer support to give them another energy Co's rate, you get a trained poker-faced imbecile,- Stella Johnson,- who in auto scripted mode recites " it's already discounted ! It's the same rate for everyone ! " .
Ironically, in their promo literature on their website, they pitch developers that " we help you attract tenants/occupants ". An absolute joke !
They also have their printed slogan on ' customers ' bills and literature,- " we're on your side ". Insult to injury and a false claim .

It is also ironic that this nefarious energy org actually falsely present under the guise of a ' legitimate wholesome ' company by actually having a so-called ' Customer support' dept team .

Let me make this clear, people; Benergy/Supa have NO CUSTOMERS . They have VICTIMS, as unaware consumers move into buildings that are locked into this criminal energy syndicate and are trapped,- held HOSTAGE to be extorted by them per monthly extortionate bills .

Also, they unscrupulously inflict false customer's ' average usage ' charts to try to legitimately present and justify their outrageous charges . For example; a customer may bake a casserole for X amount of time once in the month's billing cycle,- using X amount of power in that hour or so . What this scumbag energy org does, is take that peak usage point and then falsely multiply it as your mean average daily usage per month and there's your false overinflated bill . The same goes for their hot water usage ( I.e; shampoo your hair twice a week, or cleaning/mopping,chores once or twice a week washing machine cycle....) .

I am truly amazed that thus far, the government has done nothing to outlaw and come down hard on these criminal energy syndicates .
