awful service and expensive

My company is meant to be a customer of Azzure. We have been waiting weeks for them to do a simply job.

They are expensive, they are v. slow, and i suggest do NOT use.

Our Service Delivery Team and Development Manager are very aware of this situation which is still in flight. The challenge with the task you’ve asked us to do is that we are working with very, very old versions of both NAV and Zetadocs and these therefore require specific skills which most people no longer have – this is an issue that you would encounter with most NAV/Business Central Partners.

We would encourage you to work with us to upgrade you to latest versions so you get elevated functional benefits where you are always on the latest version of all the solutions you use day to day. This would also mean any further work you require can be delivered without the challenges we’ve faced with this small piece of work.

Worst company I have ever used they…

Worst company I have ever used they sell you the dream and deliver a nightmare. The worst two years trying to implement the new erp system. We are now with a fantastic provider who is now unraveling the damage done by Azzures set up and training of our system.

Firstly, we would like to acknowledge your comments and are disappointed that your perception of your relationship with us has not been positive.

Looking into this, I can see that you moved from Sage 50 and various spreadsheets to Business Central Online. I can also see you opted for our Quickstart Project Methodology which provides customers with a simple Business Central standard setup for you to implement yourself. We provide standard product training and ‘knowledge transfer’, however it is down to your business to get up and running with the system – more of a DIY approach.

In retrospect, we can see that our Managed Project Methodology may have better suited your needs as this is where we configure Business Central to your specific requirements and provides far more support all the way through your Business Central journey as we manage the project for you. Of course, this also comes with a much higher cost so we appreciate this may not have suited your budget at the time.

I have used Azzure IT as a consulting…

I have used Azzure IT as a consulting partner for a Microsoft Business Central implementation. I have worked on many ERP implementations over the last 25 years and I can state without question that they are the worst partner I have ever come across. They lack urgency, capability, honesty and any form of customer service. I would strongly recommend if you are considering using this company to think again they are truly terrible.

We chose Azzure IT to implement our…

We chose Azzure IT to implement our switch to Microsoft Dynamics. Having worked closely with them for over 12 months, I still don't have a single positive thing to say about them. I strongly recommend you keep looking. There are far better Microsoft partners out there and you won't regret avoiding Azzure IT.
