I put an order in for a nice top i saw on there website on the 4th July 2025 as it says on there website delivery is within 8 to 12 business days and so I should have received my order by now so I contacted them yesterday and asked when my order was expected to be shipped 🚢 by and when I could expect to receive this by as its been 12 days business on Friday 18th July 2025 so I asked them if I'll receive my item by then I contacted them via email yesterday I received an email back today saying my item was out of stock they offered me an alternative whitch they picked for me and it cost less then my other top I've requested a part refund and I've emailed them again informing them I'm due a part refund ASAP and I've requested my new chosen top be sent out ASAP avoid this website as after reading the reviews on trust pilot I now realise this website is a scam so I just hope to receive my top and part refund the reviews on there website are fake im going to be contacting my bank now informing this website is a scam and just hope I receive my £40 back.

If I could rate this company with NO stars then I would.
They are unethical, liars & cheats. You cannot return goods to a UK address; they provide an address in the US. Returning goods to the US is expensive and will incur local tax and duty costs. I had to negotiate with them to get 50% of my money back. I feel violated and disappointed with myself that I was conned by Azzlee. I have reported them and blocked them from accessing my credit card details. It is disgusting that they seem to get away with this. They spend a lot of money on Google Ads - don't be taken in by this. The clothes are also made from cheap materials and are of extremely poor quality.

Azzlee is the worst! I purchased a dress and received it timely! Did not care for the material so I returned the dress which cost $10! I heard nothing back! No email; no phone and no text! I emailed to no avail! Got an email days later scolding me for returning and told me according to their rules I would not receive a refund! So here I am! Please do not waste your money bc if you have to return the item Azzlee will not refund it!

Total Rip Off. Never did receive item and company "held" item hostage for $9.99 shipping fee which was the second time they charged me for shipping. They used the wrong address - I sent them the correct shipping address on the order initially. Beware - not a customer oriented company and they lack integrity.

This site is a con, it has a uk web address and says 'easy returns'. The parcel had a uk return address in case of non delivery, however what they don't point out is when you want to send something back for a refund you have to send it to America! They offered a 30% refund for non return, what's the point of that when the items aren't suitable or don't fit?? stay clear.

Update on previous review. Would give ZERO rating if possible. Items not as described or as pictured. High delivery charges, items arrive - disgustingly cheap & badly made. Refund requested. First they fob you off then when you continue to politely request a refund they start bartering. Finally offered 80% refund & they required tracking delivery postage when eventually given return address in US. 7 days later and no refund. Have now referred to credit card company as disputed transaction. Azzlee must make so much money sending out shoddy inferior merchandise and then making it impossible for the tat to be returned & they pocket your money. Avoid this company like the plague.

The dress are very poor quality and sizes non existant.
We wanted a size 10 dress. Told to order medium.
It had a 34 inch waste and shown as short you needed to be over 6 foot tall to wear it.
Return had to be paid by the customer registered to go to NEW YORK, USA.
We were first offered a 30% refund then a 50% refund of the dress only, not the shipping costs which were £7.99 not to return the dress.

Biggest scammers please stay away from this company.The reviews here helped me but it was a little too late as l have just been scammed of £104.I paid yesterday after sei g reviews on their website at 17:07 UK time.l only saw reviews here an hour later and sent them an email.Guess what they responded that they have shipped the parcel and cnt guarantee refund yet their website clearly states full refund within 24 hours cancellation.l am in pain l just lost money just like that.These fools need to be taught a lesson….

Warning: Stay away from a Chinese company called US Azzlee--it misrepresents its products and makes you waste hours in getting a refund. I ordered two cotton/rayon mix blouses. However, when they arrived and I saw the fabric being 100% polyester, I immediately wanted to send them back for a full refund. US Azzlee requested a photo proving the wrong fabric, which I emailed to them; however, they refused to accept the items back and instead wasted my time by offering me to keep the blouses at 20%, then at 30% and finally at a 50% discount. I cannot wear polyester and didn't want to keep the overpriced polyester. Eventually, they sent me an email and agreed to refund the cost of clothing (after at their request I cut the blouses in pieces and sent them the photos) but not the shipping fee. Naturally, I protested and refused to pay for their mistakes. Finally, after two weeks of back and forth and a lot of wasted time, which seemed like a full-time job, I received a full refund. I should have read the ton of negative reviews on US Azzlee prior to doing business with this shady company. Be aware!
