They don’t respond to you when you try to contact them re: a poorly printed baseball gift for our grandson. They give you an e-mail address to contact them re: support and returns and the e-mail returns as mailer-daem Permanent error. Also shipping was promised 7-14 days and it took 19 days. So they have the money and I am stuck with a shoddy item not suitable to give for a gift.
