Fantastic company to deal with. I purchased my Robens Kiowa tipi tent from them, and Gavin from the online team was fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very attentive and involved customer service. Although we had a minor misunderstanding relating to a refund, the depth to which the customer service went to see us through until satisfaction was achieved is commendable indeed. Very kind and patient. I will remember them in the future as their camping products are of very good quality at affordable prices, too.

Excellent customer service. There was a minor error on the item delivered but they responded immediately to my emails and resolved it by sending a courier with the correct item the very next day and collected the other. I would highly recommend using them.

Amazing customer service, especially considering the current Covid situation! I ordered two Quest chairs on the VE Day Friday bank holiday, They were despatched on the following Monday and arrived the next day as promised. The chairs seem very well made and the price was better than via Amazon. Free delivery by DPD who did an excellent job too (see separate review).
I'd give Aztec more stars if possible.

We were booked in for a couples massage with access to swimming pool, steam room, sauna room, hot tub and a lunch meal.

Really lovely massage staff and made you so at ease and relaxed (I think I actually fell asleep!).

Clean place with a good amount of staff around if you need anything,

Food was nice, had a good range for a light lunch and all reasonably priced.

I’ll be going back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing day.

Aztec Leisure went way beyond the call of duty in sorting out a problem I had with a camp bed. They could not have been more helpful and efficient. Particularly Paul who offered fantastic customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful staff who sorted me out after I mistakenly selected the wrong delivery method. Product arrived within two working days via D P D, efficient service with a designated one hour delivery slot. Would not hesitate to use the company again, excellent.

My experience with Aztec Lesiure has been nothing but efficient and professional...I made an order one evening and the next day received a phone call to inform me one item not available anymore but had an alternative...I have received calls and emails updating me on my products and they were sending them out the same day. I dealt with a lady called Acacia who was very polite and helpful. Would use again and definately recommend.
