Amazing team and really know what they…
Amazing team and really know what they doing. Hard working people.Very happy to be part of the Azqira. Its a new platform but very exciting opportunity for investors to be involved in very early stage. Azqira is shaping my understanding about different things in this industry and you know more and more what future is coming.Well done and Thank you very much to be part of it.
Early adopter of Azqira's disruptive investment model
As I had been looking out for new ways to invest, an Instagram ad of Azqira caught my eye, and I started following their posts. Their transparent way of communicating felt refreshing and their mission truly resonated with me.
I haven't regretted for a second that I jumped on board and ride the wave of blockchain investment in hospitality. Since then, I participated in Azqira's chatroom with like-minded fellow investors, and enjoyed an awesome 2-day community event in Lisbon, Portugal.
Their investment vehicle, the Azqira app, is at the time of this writing still in Beta. I was part of the testing team and boy will it be great when it launches!
I recommend joining Azqira to anyone who:
- is interested in blockchain real estate investment
- loves the hospitality niche
- loves to travel
- likes a closed community approach
A brilliant platform, driven and passionate community and founders makes Azqira standout.
I've been a part of Azqira for the past 8 months and have met pretty much everyone on the previous connect event and it's a spectacular group of talent and driven individuals. Plenty of skilled people that are working within Azqira and a large group of influential investors in the background making this community a very inspirational platform to both network and invest on. When the app is live with the first hotels Azqira will lead the way towards the future of fractionalized investments and tokenized assets.
Game Changer in Hospitality
Well, where do I start, I am Sunil from Manchester in the UK and have been part of Pharmacy leadership for the last 20 years and lost years of my life to COVID-19 that will never return and put 10 years on me! Whilst scrolling on Instagram, I see an advert about Azqira, a smart, chilled guy talking about hotel and hospitality investments and how Azqira is going to be a game changer that everyone can be involved with in the future. Traditionally, I have always invested in single malt whisky, making great returns and developed further my own brand, Hayden Shiv – The Prive Collection.
When I met Tom online for the first time, I must be honest; did I know what the hell he was talking about? Absolutely not, but that isn’t how I invest, I am always looking for humble people, building a community, being a game changer and most importantly creating something that can be accessible to anyone to be part of. Tom and Azqira ticked all the boxes and I am in, and proud.
The attraction for me to be part of Azqira, is not just for the potential return on investment, but because even if I get nothing back for my investment, I am happy we have tried to disrupt the market, open up hotel investments to everyone, and in the meantime we’ve created a community of people who have a vision to bring change and not accept the norm. The Azqira community is full of massive goals and dreams in life, and although we are from all over the globe and in all stages of life, we are so similar that we want the world to be better for today and the future.
Azqira Connect 2023, what an event! Held in my opinion the best hotel in Lisbon. We kicked off with a VIP dinner and the magnetism in the community was ecstatic. The food and drink were divine, and as the hours passed, colleagues became friends. The main event was a proud moment for all of us, where the months of meetings and discussions finally led to the first physical product.
The App! What a first line product to launch! It’s super easy to set up and get started. All the facts are put in front of you to decide on your hotel investment. Once you have decided, just one swipe and you have invested. Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, BOOM!!, there is a time forward feature where you can skip 3 months and predict the future! Absolute, game changer! This is exactly what makes Azqira so different. You don't need advanced knowledge of cryptocurrency, decentralized currency, WEB3, or blockchain. Azqira's expert team handles all the technology while you enjoy investing in hotels and hospitality like never before.
How will Azqira change an industry that has been operating in the same manner for centuries? It revolutionises an age-old industry by simplifying investment in hospitality real estate. Traditionally, large funds were required to invest, but Azqira allows investors to diversify across multiple projects. Step aside investment funds and venture capitalists - Azqira offers all this through a single point.
Azqira has amazing potential and have a very dedicated team
I have been part of the Azqira community for about 1/2 a year now and can say that my enthusiasm has only grown as the months go by. The team gives regular updates and are transparent regarding what they are working in. Regular (on average monthly) digital meetings are of good standard and show a great deal of progress. User interface feedback is asked for and the organization as a whole appears professional and attracting large names in the hospitality and block chain business as time goes by. As of yet I am very happy with my participation and investment in Azqira and look forward to the results later this year! A shout out for anyone who wants to be part of a special business and dedicated team!

Most likely a scam / update
Today I had a video meeting with Azquira, and here’s why I think it’s a scam
I’ll start off with one of the most absurd assumptions, which was that implied I would invest and then question it afterwards, which makes absolutely no sense.
He was very adamant that “they don’t want that kind of constant negativity” (mind you, I’m a very positive person and was smiling during almost the entire call), the negativity he refers to is me smiling and saying that perhaps it would be a good idea with more social proof. That he was so quick to want to dismiss me put me off, and made me realise they’re only looking for the most naive investors and ones who won’t ask any questions.
He also said they’d use the money to “travel a lot to have meetings together and hang out a lot” and they are “very focused on community”.
Had it been legit, no one would be angry at me for respectfully in a friendly way explaining my perspective as someone who’s main income depends on my own marketing and as a wife to a man with a bachelor in marketing management and certainly wouldn’t have wanted to actively avoid my investment based on me proposing ways to raise enough credibility for me trust the company enough to invest in it.
They also have a telegram group with 465 at this moment, followers and it’s muted, which means you can’t question it or ask other people about their experience. I may have to ask why they need an end-to-end encrypted form of communication, on top of that having beforehand suppressed conversations about a potential investment.
Again, my only assumption from here now is that they’re looking for the most naive potential investors. We can only guess why.
Also, notice how their conference is closed, it seems they’re not cooperating with any official companies, hotels or events and no news presence.
Nothing I can see, outside their own claims, indicates it’s a trustworthy company, but many things about it actively indicate it’s a scam.
It’s known that groups of people in Dubai go together and create fake companies to gain investments and they take the money and send to a fund they create in a foreign country, so if the “company” they get investments for is busted / go bankrupt, the “investors”/creators get to keep the money and won’t have to pay any of it back.
In fact, my friend is a big name in the movie industry living in Dubai, him and his father experienced a company doing this and having a big lawsuit against them for it. It seemed completely legit, they would buy expensive meals and meetings in different countries to talk about investments and there were a lot of people in this alleged “company”, but they then explained this fraudulent system and wanted my friend and his father to participate in it, causing them to sue, since they had invested before being told it’s a scam they they can join. Those scammers had also made a lot of very credible videos and meetings, pretending it’s a real company, so realistic even a great movie composer would fall for it.
This company, Azquira, is located in Dubai as well from what I can see. If he hadn’t been so quick to try to brush me off at the slightest question of authenticity I might not have realised.
Since they actively don’t want to prove themselves and only want investors who don’t do any research or question anything I have this assumption.
I’m open to be proven otherwise, but with provided information, I have some natural scepticism and I hope you too will consider if it makes sense to invest in a company who’s only proof of trustworthiness is that they themselves present it as such.
Have a good day, kind regards
M

Update (I don’t know how to respond to a reply, when I press the reply button in the corner nothing happens.)
Two points I want to make
1. It was clear the person I was talking to was referring to me multiple times because I explained why I don’t trust the company yet and what kind of proof I’d recommend, so that part of your answer is very dishonest.
2. The attitude in the private conversation was undoubtedly negative towards the idea of someone doing any research beforehand.
The other things I can not comment on.
Have a good day, kind regards
M
