Wish I'd read reviews already on the page. The company is a lie. Paid for an anniversary gift for my wife, money was taken in full, along with express delivery charge, and of course no items were ever delivered. All attempts to contact have failed. Total waste of time and money

Please avoid this company, they take 25% of your money if you’ve to return anything plus paying to ship back to china, absolutely shocking company

Ordered a Fantasy (Cosplay) Ring for my Girlfriend for her Bday as I know she wanted this specific ring. I ordered it a month in advance as I like to be prepared. The Bday is close to passing. I have had no Shipping confirmation from Azoria, I have emailed their customer support, multiple times, messaged their company Insta and Facebook. Got nothing back. But of course, I was charged! Fuming!

Absolutely useless. My dog could do a better job. The item I ordered was completely different to what I was brandished. They couldn’t even be bothered to use packaging!

I placed an order on August 9th and paid for tracked delivery. Still no ring, and I have sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks. None have been replied to. AVOID

I would give them -100 stars if possible.
Took my money, did not deliver the item. Customer service didn’t reply, SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not waste your money with this scam of a store. They are thieves

Ordered 3 rings (technically 5, as I ordered one single ring and 2 sets). The single arrived mishapen, the sun and moon set are such different sizes I have to wear them on different fingers and the other set looks like it was designed by AI. The website claims the rings are sterling silver but they don't feel like it at all, far too light and flimsy.

Order never arrived and no help despite sending them multiple emails. Scammed out of £20.

Bought a few acotar pieces, great quality hace ordered more

This company is a lie.
I ordered the "silver" Feyre rings and what arrived (after a month or so) was nothing but genuine silver. It feels very cheap and definitely does not worth the 32 pounds I paid for it. If you for genuine jewelry this is not the "company" you should trust. They are in for the grabs. Save you money for something bought from a real business. They did not even have a site on Instagram.

Absolute sham of a company. Tracking company link leads you to a page that doesn't load. Items not received. No response when you contact customer service

Got completely scammed.

While the rings seemed beautiful at first, the material feels incredibly low quality, almost like plastic; even the color seems a bit off for a "18k gold plating" and the stone very much fake, despite being described as Onyx Black on the website.

To my surprise, the rings started to peel after less than 5 wears. Whatever gold paint was on them is gone and a dark ugly material is left behind, staining even my skin.

To further my disappointment, the website specifies the package included a gift box and my rings came without any box, loose inside a plastic bag.

For a piece marked with a price of $122 on the website, this really feels like a $2 ring that came straight out of Shein or Temu.

Costumer service has ignored me and the reviews on the website are fake.

If anyone knows how to properly report this and get our money back, please share :(

Rings tarnished after a days wear.
Such a waste of money. The rings are pretty, but the quality is terrible, and they refused my review on their website. Never again.

I bought 2 rings, they turned up and sadly looked not up to the quality of online.

I requested to return them, followed the returns policy, paid for my own tracked postage and these were delivered was 23 days ago.

I have emailed a further 3 times, had no reply and now out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Such a disappointing experience.

Like the other reviews stated , they are inported from china , they look cheap and for the price of 40£ for 2 is a little over price . When i received the order, they were packed in plastic bags, they didn't even tried to make it look nice. Because of that i wrote, Azotar rings on Shien and guess what, I found all the rings and jewlery at 1£ or 8£ for the silver ones .
Anyway these ones i cannot wear them they look like toys .

Looks and feel cheap, the ring i got is cute but feels like i could get the same from a toyshop. Do not recommend.

Fake reviews. Jewellery is poor quality and customer service ignores you.
