Miguel from Azazie went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with an order. I ended up being able to try on multiple dresses to make sure I got the one I needed for a wedding I was in!
Stressful but successful
While they did give us an arrival date (1 month after ordering) of a suit needed for a wedding and the window came and went with no shipping updates or tracking information. The suit did indeed make it before the wedding! Communication was tricky and I would say the suit runs on the smaller side. All that being said we got the suit in time and Zach was very helpful and patient.

Poor service and support
I am currently planning my wedding and selected Azazie for both my wedding party and my partner’s—17 people in total. Unfortunately, our experience so far has raised serious concerns about the company’s reliability and customer support. My best man was the first to place an order and received a suit with an incorrectly sized jacket. Since then, he has made multiple attempts over several days to contact customer service through various channels, but has received no response. He also attempted to initiate a return through the website, but the system will not allow him to return the incorrect jacket (despite allowing a return for the correctly sized pants), leaving him completely stuck. This lack of support has created unnecessary stress, especially given the time-sensitive nature of wedding planning. It has also caused me to question whether I made the right decision asking 17 of our closest friends and family members to rely on this company for such an important event. What is particularly frustrating is seeing repeated responses from Azazie on review sites citing “high call volume,” while standard customer service channels appear unresponsive. If the company is experiencing delays, there should at least be clear communication and realistic timelines provided to customers. The current lack of transparency creates confusion and undermines trust. At this point, we are concerned not only about resolving this issue, but also about the risk of additional errors and the inability to get timely assistance. I am submitting this review both in hopes of receiving prompt resolution and to inform other potential customers of the challenges we’ve encountered.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Azazie.
I placed an order for eight bridesmaids dresses, spending over £650, with the expectation of receiving them in good time for my upcoming wedding. After waiting three weeks, I was notified that my order had been delivered. However, this was not the case.
Instead of receiving my dresses, I received a very small box containing a completely different order that clearly belongs to someone else. The contents were entirely unrelated to what I purchased.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and social media, including Instagram, and have received absolutely no response. This lack of communication is extremely concerning, especially given the urgency of the situation.
I am now left without bridesmaids dresses with my wedding fast approaching, causing unnecessary stress at an already busy time.
I would strongly urge Azazie to respond to this review as a matter of urgency and resolve this issue immediately. I sincerely hope this review prompts the company to take accountability and provide the customer service that has been completely lacking so far.

PROM DRESS still hasn't been shipped.
UPDATE: Dress has arrived 4/30/2026! Quality is stunning and fits well, still docked a star however due to shipping problems
I ordered my prom dress March 31st, it has been in production since then and I didn't order a custom size or alterations. I am more than willing to edit my review once I get some resolution.
Prom is May 9th. I emailed and got a basic response about checking my order status. I did the chat and an agent said they'd get back to me within 48 hours. It's been a few days now. I am now on hold on both the phone and chat. I am STRESSED that I still have no dress and it hasn't even been shipped. This is unacceptable for the money I paid.

Ordered 3 dresses, spent £300, the money left my account, dresses still in my basket and not in my order history. So money has been taken, 2 weeks have passed, ignored all my emails, messages on social platforms. Have to wait to get a refund through my bank. Disgusting service - AVOID

Received wrong order - never got the correct dress
UNRELIABLE! BUYER BEWARE! After reading reviews, you can see Azazie is a 3.6 - almost 50%, but there is no middle ground. Either people had a great experience or it was horrible and it ruined their event. That was my experience. Ordered a dress for prom, with the latest expected arrival 3 weeks prior to the event. We received the wrong order. Spent hours on chat and email to try to resolve, no phone number was available. They would not send out the correct order until they could locate my order. They were trying to locate the package with the delivery company or the customer it was delivered to instead of have "duplication". The dress was in stock, available for priority shipping but they would not ship it out. They finally responded they would offer a full refund or choose a different dress (try before you buy). NEVER do business with this company, especially if it is for an important event. Customer service was unpleasant and unwilling to find a resolution - even when I asked if the correct dress (clearly in stock) could be shipped. A refund does me no good without a prom dress. I have a heartbroken senior who is scrambling to find another dress.
UPDATE - Azazie tried to respond, I gave them my phone number but have not received a phone call. I did not give them the order number, I already spent hours via chat and email with the order number. I am tired of trying to help them "help me" They have already stated they can refund the dress and offer a 15% coupon. (II have yet to receive my refund but I am not surprised) I am not interested in wasting anymore time.
Azaie wants my email? I gave them my phone number, but they have already stated they will not send another dress to avoid "duplication" therefore, I am without a dress and there really is no other resolution.

Great Customer Service and a Great Product!
Buying from Azazie was a seamless process. The suit fit as described. We had to reach out to Azazie customer service for assistance on a situation that was not related to them but even then they assisted and helped us feel at ease during a stressful time. They were patient and very empathetic. Highly recommend buying from Azazie! We will be buying from them again in the future.

We ordered two dresses, one for myself (listed as a bridesmaid dress but will be perfect as simply a dress to wear to the wedding) and one for my daughter (for graduation pictures). Both were exactly as pictured and fit perfectly! Regarding customer service, I accidentally entered the wrong email when I signed up so couldn't access tracking or receive updates. I reached out to Azazie's customer service- they responded promptly and updated me on the progress of the shipment via direct email (they couldn't update the email on the account). I was nervous ordering from this site but was pleasantly surprised.

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered two bridesmaid dresses to try on at home. Returned the dresses in the return window; they did not provide me with a return label in the package like they said they do, so I had to initiate a return myself. Weeks later, I get charged the full price of the dresses, $240!!!! Tried to contact them through the methods they have on their website and did not get any response, so I filed a dispute with my bank. I had the tracking number for THEIR OWN RETURN LABEL that THEY ISSUED showing it was delivered and signed for by one of their employees. They were still going back and forth with my bank over it, despite having that proof. Luckily, I did end up getting my money back - but god, what a headache. Be very careful when ordering try-on at home dresses.

I was the biggest advocate for Azazie. I was a bridesmaid and a wedding coordinator for a wedding I attended two years ago. All the bridesmaids got their dresses from Azazie. Everytime someone I knew got married since then I would highly recommend Azazie. Untill this year.
I am getting married VERY SOON and my bridesmaids did not yet recieve their bridesmaids dresses. ONE OF THEM DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE HER TRY ON DRESSES YET!!!!!

I have now recommended all of my bridesmaids buy from JJ's house instead. They will dispute the claims with their respective credit card companies and I will report Azazie to the Better Business Bureau if I don't get an answer quickly.
Believe me when I say NO ONE in the prvince of Quebec will buy from Azazie ever again, I will give you bad promotion non-stop and I have a lot of contacts!

Shady, unreliable - order at your own risk. I'm the MOB. Order placed 2/27/26. 3/20: order status "Processing". 3/30: "No orders placed." NO PHONE SUPPORT. CHAT IS A BOT. NO EMAIL RESPONSES other than "our reps will respond..." NO, THEY DO NOT. According to another review I read, looks like they randomly CANCELLED MY ORDER with NO NOTIFICATION. Of course I haven't been refunded - going to file a dispute with my bank.

Bad Alterations On Dress. No response from company.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress with Azazie, I did custom sizing. I know how to measure myself so I know it wasn’t that. However, when I received the dress it was poorly altered. The zipper seam was bulging through the dress. Making one side of the dress look bigger. I reached out to azazie a week ago for reimbursement for alterations and haven’t heard back. It’s been a week. I will most likely avoid this company in the future. Unfortunately, this was the dress chosen for the bridal party. On top of this, the Customer service is horrible.

Delivery windows missed
Ordered bridesmaid dressed for specially arranged try-ons TWICE! Ordered in plenty of time and delivery windows missed both times meaning wasted trips, hotels and money and not able to try on dresses. Tried to contact but can’t get in touch with anyone. Awful customer service. Would not recommend.

Awful Customer Service and Break UK Consumer Rights Laws.
I ordered a couple of dresses in their sale, one of them arrived faulty. As per UK consumer rights law you are entitled to a full refund for faulty items. I contacted them with evidence of the fault, and they said they would offer me a 50% refund. I pointed out that the law states i am entitled to a 100% refund and they said they would process it as a one time exception (its literally the law, it can't be a one time exception). 10 days later i received a 50% refund. I contacted them again and said they had agreed a full refund and i am still owed half of it. They told me it was being processed and to wait a further 10 business days. 10 business days pass and of course i didn't receive it so i chased again and they have stopped responding to me. I have ended up requesting a charge back through my bank. They were able to process the refund in minutes. Highly recommend Chase Bank. Do not recommend these scammers!

Ordered a tie 2 weeks (05/04/2026) before a wedding, paid for rush shipping (within 3 days,) tie never arrived. checked tracking and it is still preparing shipment. messaged the on-website support asking where my tie is; only to be met with a garbage AI bot telling me to check my tracking details and that being the only response to anything i asked. I then email the customer support team to be met with the exact same response: telling me how to track my order. useless.
asked if they could give me any information and to no surprise, i never heard back off them since
today i asked for a refund using the on-website contact us to just get ignored after i said i want a refund
