I order a part for a BCS rotatavator on Monday evening and the part was delivered to me in UK on the Friday. Genuine BCS part, good price and no trouble with import despite brexit. I will certainly use again.
Update: FedEx invoiced me for the VAT after the delivery was made, and applied an approx £10 handling charge. It was easy to pay this online. It still represented a 30% saving on price from a uk supplier that did not have in stock, and had suspected I would be charged VAT.

Excelent! I couldn't find parts for my tractor anywhere else, so I've decided to order them from azagri. I've contacted them on whatsapp and got reply within an hour. Parts came within a week from Italia to Croatia with FedEx. Only downside is shiping which was 20 euros, but everything else is perfect

This company has an excellent customer relationship. Firstly, my country, Nigeria, wasn't available as a delivery destination on their website. I pointed this out and the issue was promptly resolved.
Secondly, I could only speak English while the respondent at AZ could only speak Italian. AZ quickly leveraged modern technology to bridge this communication barrier.
On shipping option, AZ also went the extra mile of pointing me to a cheaper alternative.
Finally, the delivery was timely and the item met my requirement.
I would be glad to patronize this company in future.
