Massive delay, unfinished order
Updated review: team eventually got me 9/10 items and refunded the 10th one after an email chain of 50+ total.

1/10 items delivered for order 727849.
The company refuses to call me to discuss, offer a replacement or refund. Their courier partners for two weeks have given no further information.
My wedding is in two weeks and this company has let me down so badly and is not helping at all. Would never recommend or use again.

Terrible experience with Aza fashions. I don’t know how they think they can get away with this. I had ordered a set from Aza. They sent me the correct sizing for the bottom which was a medium, but they sent me an extra small for the top. I sent all the measurements to them which they then said they sent to Basanti. I had to follow up with them numerous times to get a status when no one responded. Finally it seems like they didn’t want to actually handle the situation so they said to go ahead and return the outfit and I would get a full refund. Upon returning the outfit they refunded me 1/4 of what I paid. It’s ridiculous that the error is on their side and then they are penalizing me and not refunding me. It’s absolutely unethical.
Be aware when you order from them for the United States of America. They will scam you because they know they can get away with it because it is a different country.
