I am sorry to hear about this, but you got the correct size trainers which was a size 7UK, I can see you ordered from Canada but on our sizes it does specify next to the size that’s it’s UK sizes for example 7UK (UK stands for UK sizes). It’s the customers duty to pick the correct size as we will send out which size you choose.
