This course is what I was looking for, short modules with precise info. Changing speakers each time keeps it from dragging on. I watch each session with the workbook, rewind if I have to and learning with confidence this is able to be done as promised. Great investment!

I invested in the Bookkeeping Basics, Tech Advantage & Fully Booked course and I'm still processing how much is packed into it. It's dense in the best way - practical, detailed, and very useful. You can tell a lot of intention and real-world experience went into building it.

If you are serious about starting a bookkeeping business but confused about how get going... this is for you. I'm already an accountant but I had no idea how to string all the pieces of a bookkeeping business together. Being a corporate accountant versus offering accounting as a service are a bit different. I paid for other courses and NONE of them compare to this one. This course literally gives you everything you need from start to finish. I'm soooo glad I found this course. 15/10 recommend.

I loved the format of this course and felt that it was so well done. I am looking to start bookkeeping and simply needed a fresher on Quickbooks and the basics of bookkeeping, as I had not done any bookkeeping for 10 years. This course was perfect for me. Honestly I was so hesitant to buy this because I thought it would be a waste. It ended up being AWESOME! I feel more confident that I did before about what I was doing and it helped fine tune other areas to make sure my bookkeeping is consistent through out all my accounts. I made the mistake of buying books and training from 3 bookkeeping "gurus". The training ranged from $2,500- $5,000 dollars for them to tell me to
get my QBO ProAdvisor Certification 1, 2, and Payroll. I got all 3 (I also did the Intuit Bookkeeping Course which is all theory). I still knew NOTHING about the process of bookkeeping. I took a chance with the Ayrre Academy Bookkeeping Basic course. All I can say is "WOW"!!! From the very fist module there are resources to download (the Transaction Decision Tree is awesome) and a crystal clear explanation of what to do and how to actually do bookkeeping (and run a BK business). My confidence skyrocketed from day one.
My next step is to purchase the other courses asap!

I loved this course! It was full of fantastic information on marketing and organizational/process advice. I feel that this course will definitely help my Bookkeeping business grow. I also felt that they were really good about addressing someone like me who can be shy and feels like permission is needed for everything. There are a ton of awesome resources. Best of all, the videos are short (about five minutes each). They also have longer videos for walk-throughs. I definitely recommend this course and the technology/AI course that they offer for Bookkeeping business owners!

As the CFO of a family office that operates many different entities, I was looking for a course that succinctly and simply explained a great tech stack to streamline processes, build in automation, and use tools like QBO to their full advantage -- this course was exactly what I needed! Sarah & Arianna have done the "heavy lifting" of researching, testing, and using a very streamlined stack, saving me a ton of time, as I could go straight to implementation after working through the course. A really great resource!
Given my position, I may be a bit different than some people who are considering this course; I expect it is even more of a game-changer for those who operate bookkeeping practices for external clients. There are specific tools and resources that I expect would be invaluable to anyone running their own practice -- definitely do not hesitate to purchase this course!!

So, I purchased Ayrre Academy's 'Fully Booked' course after being tempted by one of their Facebook ads. I almost didn't consider it, given how many ads (especially on Facebook) lead to spammy material, but I am so thankful that I did.

(Don't tell them this, but I would have easily paid 10x what they charged for all the value they provide.)

I'm not joking with the above parenthetical statement, either. I've paid a LOT more for a handful of other related courses, and I would rate their 'Fully Booked' course right near the top in terms of value. Actually, the cost-to-value ratio of this course would put them AT the top.

So what is 'Fully Booked' about?

That's a great question. Here is my response, based upon my own personal experience.

For context, I purchased the course on June 09, 2025, and completed it about a week later.

All the lessons are short and to the point, which I appreciate.

Both Sarah and Arianna are charismatic and effective communicators, and they're encouraging throughout each lesson.

A prime example of this encouragement, from their introductory video:

"This stuff might feel uncomfortable and new, but that's okay. You don't need to be loud, salesy, or fake. You just need a clear message, a little structure, and the confidence to show up as you."

The co-founders alternate who presents each video, with Sarah leading the aforementioned "Welcome" video, and Arianna closing out the course in their "Conclusion" video.

The 'Fully Booked' course has 10 modules and 31 lessons total.

The modules are as follows:
1. Start Here: Welcome to Fully Booked!
- A single, welcome video.

2. Clarity That Connects
- Five really, really, really helpful lessons that get you to fully understand how to communicate what it is you do, and how to present that value to your potential clients.

3. Price with Purpose
- Two lessons, with an extra video presenting a walkthrough of an extremely helpful downloadable resource. (I mean, honestly, this resource I speak of is worth the price of the course by itself!)

4. Get Seen & Attract the Right Clients
- Seven, high-impact videos that detail how to market yourself, with excellent suggestions.

5. Confident Communication for Quiet Experts
- Three more valuable lessons, primarily targeting those that might not be comfortable promoting themselves (they were definitely speaking to me!).

6. Discovery Calls That Feel Natural & Convert
- Two more lessons that not only detail how to inform clients of what you bring to the table, but also a helpful reminder about the purpose of the discovery call in the first place.

7. Pricing, Proposals, and Sealing the Deal
- Again, more lessons that are just gold! Three lessons, and another video walkthrough. This module is another mindset module, aimed at getting or keeping you confident after the discovery call, and guiding you to and through sending a proposal.

8. Wow-Worthy Onboarding
- One lesson, plus another walkthrough video. As the name of the module suggests, these two videos are geared towards preparing you for when the client agrees to sign on with you. Again, more gold!

9. Sustainability & Business Growth
- Three lessons aimed at growing your business.

10. Conclusion
- A single, wrap-up video.

Each lesson runs between 3-5 minutes on average. (The walkthrough videos being the exception, running closer to 15-20 minutes in duration.)

Yes, their lessons are very short and sweet, but they're definitely not lacking in value.

Quite the opposite, in fact.

Included with the video lessons are at least a dozen downloadable resources as well.

(I mentioned one of them -- from lesson three -- that is worth the cost of the course by itself!)

So worth it.

Aside from having been a student of theirs for just over two weeks now, I have no previous knowledge of or relationship with either of the co-founders.

I still don't "know" them, but I feel like I do.

They come across as being so genuine, and the present the material in such a way that it's almost impossible to deny their considerable knowledge and expertise on the subjects they're presenting.

I am so thankful I discovered that Facebook ad of theirs, because I absolutely loved this entire course. And, with the lifetime access they provide, I look forward to any enhancements or new topics they introduce in the future.

While not everyone will share my lofty opinion of this course, anyone that takes it will undoubtedly take away something of value.
