Jada was extremely patient
Jada was extremely patient. Extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. When I inquired, she shared so many awesome things about Axos bank. With her, it felt like Axos was fhe best bank in the world and i am really considering banking with Axos beyond just getting a loan. She never once acted like she knew everything and was honest about all her responses. She is simply awesome.

Customer Service was great. I made a phone call and did not have to wait long for someone to answer my call and questions. AND most importantly - I did not have to go through a BOT and hit 20 different buttons to get an answer.

App works well. Easy to get around. High interest rates on savings accounts. Pretty much just like a regular bank with a debit card.

It takes too long, way more than other bank services, to transfer money from an external banl account.

So far, so good. I just have a savings account, but transactions are easy and the website is clear. It took s few days for a transfer to an outside account so I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.
