Great company

Great company, respond so fast to messages / contact. I just didn’t need the service anymore but there was an error on the website, I emailed to ask how to go about cancelling and they had gotten back to me within minutes, cancelled my subscription and actually refunded my payment that had just recently gone through for the renewal. Such a contrast to most other companies when you ask them for anything / help! I will 100% come back in the future should I need the service again and will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

DIABOLICAL experience

DIABOLICAL experience! Tried to cancel a direct debit and no response. I've email so many times in 4 weeks and nothing. I've called non-stop and nothing. Online chat is useless, NO-ONE WILL RESPOND AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I'm going to the ombudsman.
