Worst service everytime. I raised complaint on 22 Oct still looking for resolution. Someone did 41,654 INR fruad with my credit card and they don't listen their customer's complaint and without customer cpnsent they always close the complaints. I asked them if someone did fruad with me then you should claim credit card fruad insurance but they are not talking about that and they are forcing to pay the bill. I would like to know why should I pay the bill. I did not use that amount and bank is giving harassment. If there will be minus rating surely I will give that....

The live chat keeps disconnecting every few seconds and was not helpful. The phone banking does not contain even a single option to talk to an advisor and it kept going on in circles pressing numbers.
Please can you make Internet and phone banking a little bit more helpful?

Worse banking experience
I visited the branch to make a simple cash deposit, but the entire process was a nightmare. Not only was there an inexplicable delay in processing the deposit, but no one at the counter could explain the reason behind it. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity for something that should have taken no more than a few minutes. On top of that, even the Operation Manager wasn’t responding or available to provide any clarification, leaving me feeling completely ignored. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this problem—every single visit seems to result in the same issues. It’s incredibly frustrating.
