To the fresh graduates who are starting their professional careers, I'll advocate for this company. There are a few reasons for that. I'll note just one. It's a startup, meaning there will be few responsibilities assigned to you. But if you want to grow, there are a ton of areas to invest your time. You will get to see the result of your contribution immediately, which is pretty uncommon for a large firm.

There is a downside, of course, but it's only applicable if you're not comfortable working under pressure. I used to continuously find myself under pressure and push the boundaries of my limit. Here, I got to work on different projects, even things that are not included in my role.
