Bought my axel glade spade and it took a few tries to get it to link with wifi. Liked the way it works, but second time using it refused to link up. I tried to get help but no one answers my emails. Maybe a better review if anyone cares to help me.

My first unit was faulty and customer support organised a no-hassle replacement. A class act. The tool is extremely useful to see the health of my inner ear, which is great as someone with regular ear infections.

Fantastic Customer Support
Great Customer Support. Recently bought the Spade and saw that there was a promotion a month later so wanted to see if I could get the lower price. Thankfully, they got back very quickly and made an exception for me.

I have not received my package in two weeks since ordering. I try to contact customer service but get no response. Their Sendle tracking service is terrible, it gives you no tracking number with a parcel service so you really don't know where your package is located. Once I finally get my package I will change my review.

Customer service was great and very helpful when I had an issue. They fixed the problem immediately and asked me to let them know when I my order arrived. I haven't actually used the product yet but I am definitely looking forward to it soon!

I rated 5 because honestly I was completely in the dark as to why I couldn't get the SPADE app to work. After trying what I could to make it work, I didn't know what my next step should be. When Ellen of Support reached out to me to resolve the issue, I thought I'm going to look even dumber when I try to explain. You see because my Iphone was an older one but I'd only had it about a year, I thought it was because I didn't know enough to explain the problem but Ellen was patient and quickly sorted it out. The response to help was prompt and clear. Thanks Ellen.
Fantastic customer service - Spade by Axel Glade
I love my Spade by Axel Glade - so much so, that I have gotten them for several members of my family. Recently my Spade developed a glitch, and customer service immediately replaced it without question or hassle. That’s as good as one could ever ask or expect from a company, and I am most grateful!
Okay product, WORST customer service
I bought one of these camera qtips and it seemed like a great idea. However my ears are too hairy to see anything so I tried to take advantage of the company’s so called “no questions as 100% return policy”. I followed all the instructions on the site, emailed first to have my return approved. The company’s customer service rep, told me to just ship it back. I then asked about a shipping label, since the site clearly states if approved they’ll send a label with instructions to return. The same company customer service rep then said oh I didn’t communicate with you we only pay to ship back defective units. It was like pulling teeth to get a return label, and return authorization. I’ve sent the unit back and am still waiting for a refund. Extremely poor customer service make a good product, extremely awful.
*edit June 12. On June 2 as y’all can see the co-owner said they would reach out. I’ve check my spam folder. I’ve even done a search in my emails thinking it may have gone unnoticed. There was no reaching out. I sent the unit back 12 days ago, still haven’t gotten a refund and had to open a dispute with my credit card to get the money back. Stay away from this company!!!

Awsome product works great and does as advertised. Also feels of nice quality. When got my spade in it had a issue which happens especially with the electronics. Ellen with customer service was very professional, helped me out and stayed in contact with me until everything was resolved. Great customer service.
