Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I got in touch to return an order that ended up being no use to me, and a full refund was issued promptly, without me even having to return the item. Can't say enough good things.

Excellent Customer Service

I did have an issue with my first camera. Customer Service did help me troubleshoot, and when that didn't work, they immediately sent out a replacement.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Their product is very interesting and revolutionary but I decided it wasn’t for me. My coordination doesn’t seem to be up to par for this! Even on my return they were awesome in processing the refund!

Good support for faulty device

In short, the first Axel Glade product I received (a Spade) was non-functional.

Thankfully Ellen, the support agent I worked with, responded promptly and after a short troubleshooting session I was sent a new device.

I was told not to send back the faulty one and got to keep all the accessories.

This was a very positive support experience for me. I appreciated it.

Camera wasn’t working

My wife and I had an issue with our pens camera not working, and after a few emails back and forth they replace it for us. One of the most hassle free warranties I’ve had in a long time.

Product worked for a short while but it…

Product worked for a short while but it appears an impact cased the image to become blurry. Product is not built to last. When I contacted customer service in Aug I was offered a 50% discount. I bought the product in February. I used it maybe 10-20 times. Bummer.

Janine is the best! Best customer service rep I've contacted ever

Extremely Professional. Had an issue with the product not working properly. I spoke with Janine Simbit through email and she walked me through troubleshooting. We couldn't get the spade to work, so she offered to send a replacement. Janine was Extremely helpful and patient, mind you our email chain was over the span of a week. I'm extremely grateful for Janine and her excellent customer service. Thanks Janine!

Returned product within return policy window after emailing with a customer service representative and have not received a refund. It has been over couple weeks.Attempted to contact with no response.

Had a defective unit and contacted the…

Had a defective unit and contacted the help line. After a number of attempts to correct the problem, Axel Glade decided to send me a replacement. After 10 days of waiting for the replacement I contacted them again and they sent another one. Seems to be working now

Would still recommend.

Although I loved the product, I wasn't using it as much as I thought. Turns out I guess I just have good ear hygiene because I wasn't getting anything out of my ears. The team at Axel were so helpful and fully accepted my return and did it with a smile. I will continue to tell people about this product because for the money spent, the quality is absolutely amazing.

Customer service was very helpful…

The customer service was very helpful at resolving my issue. After checking a few minor things, they replaced my defective item with no hassle. A pleasantly surprising experience compared to most online companies!
