So greatful to Tom, Chelsea, Amrreta and colleagues from AWS finance who have assisted us a first time buyers. We have had several issues come up with properties we have made offers on. Tom and the team have gone above and beyond to support us through the challenges ensuring our best interest are kept at the forefront. With recent turbulence to mortgage rates the team has kept us updated and ensured we could secure a Mortage deal with reputable high street lender at a good rate. Tom has been so approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns we have raised always going extra mile to unsure we have full knowledge and support in making best decision regards our mortage options and in handling any issues or queries in negotiating house purchase with estate agents. AWS overall has offered us professional and exceptionally tailored service to suit our personal needs. Our offers on properties have always been taken seriously by estate agents. For all these reason we are so greatful to the team and have sort a property that we would not have imagined possible for our family without their help. Can’t recommend the enough.
