Andrew was available straight away to come and fix my boiler and had it fixed within the hour. We was lucky the new fan was in stock for such an old boiler. We discussed the options on future replacement left it as is, nothing needs replacing for a few years yet. Thanks for the fast fix.

Excellent service from Andy. Reliable and quick to respond . One slight hiccup but nothing to do with the work he did . Our house is now warm and toasty for the first time in ages … so much so that we had to turn the thermostat down! Hopefully we will make some savings on our heating bills now. This is the second time I have used Andrew, who advised which replacement boiler was suitable for my home; Just had the Ideal I Mini 30 boiler installed. Great service and very professional
Rang on a saturday morning as our boiler had stopped working, he turned up half an hour later and diagnosed problem straight away, rushed off to buy new fan as it was 11am and worried as closes at 12 . Great service, very polite and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone. After fitting he advised of other problems and sent me pictures via email to send to my landlord
