The training has been very clear and is done at a pace where someone (like me) can actually get to participate in a pool in about 4 days.
I was delayed in starting after paying and the team gave me 2 weeks grace so they have empathy as well! Great so far!

Eight hours later, still no access to my purchase

Well, I purchased a program this afternoon at 1:00, it's now 8:00 at night and I still have not received the email with my password and username so I can log onto the website. I was also charged $129 for the upsell product that I declined three times. I called, twice, and had to leave a voicemail both times. My email inquiry hasn't been answered either. Unfortunately calling me "awesome " ad nauseam in your voicemail message only felt condescending. I don't feel awesome, I feel cheated.

Hi, we're very sorry for your frustration Julie. It seems that you mistakenly added an upgrade with your purchase (it happens) and then reached out to us Fri afternoon (just before 1:30pm) requesting to reverse the charge.

We're always committed to helping people as fast as humanly possible when we're here 9a-5p M-F. It seems our team wasn't quite able to get to it by 5pm on Fri. We're sorry about that!

The next morning (less than 12 hrs after your purchase) one of our team came in over the weekend, and noticing your request from the previous afternoon, she tried to reach back out to you directly to help. Unfortunately by then you'd already requested a chargeback from your credit card company.

We're so sorry that you felt so frustrated. We're all humans over here, working regular business hours, and always process support requests in the order they come in, which I'm sure you can understand.

I tried looking up any customer record we might have for the name you used here, but I'm not seeing anything, so assuming you probably purchased under a different name.

Poor quality, bad service

They keep produce trainning to sell but you get nothing from it...just waste time because their trainining is poor quality, sometimes you dont know what to do because they sell it to million people how they can serve you ..waste money and time

I purchased a program for 97.00 and…

I purchased a program for 97.00 and they charged my account for another program for 228.00 that I did not authorize. I had to call to even get the email to start the program I purchased for $97. I question if I would have received that had I not called and complained. I was told by an agent on the phone that I would receive a reversal of the unauthorized charge. I was told that I would receive it within a day. Still has not been reversed.

Mr. Brewer, your login email was sent automatically by our system after your order on 9/26, but was diverted into your spam (which happens sometimes). 5 hours later, when you called & spoke with Karen, she shared your login info with you verbally, and also initiated a cancellation of the add'l item you had accidentally included with your order. At 9pm that night (9/26, same day) your charge was successfully voided by our specialist who handles this. Since 24-hrs had not yet passed, the charge was actually still pending (never even reached final settlement with your bank), so we were actually able to simply cancel it altogether & it never even came out of your acct. What you mistakenly saw as a charge was the amount pending settlement, but not yet finalized. You will no longer see this pending if you re-check with your bank acct. This matter was fully resolved in less than 24 hrs, but we are very sorry it was so confusing & distressing to you. Wishing you the very best!

I haven’t started yet as l was out of town but do have a question? My bank account states I have 2 payments pending,one is for $119 and second for $124. I thought the training is $119 or am I missing something?Still will be a few more days as I’m dealing with flooding but am eager to get started!
