This company is a scam and they are thieves! They take your money, do not deliver the product and refuse to refund your money if you manage to contact them!

I purchased an adjustable table desk from their ad on Facebook and contacted them when it had not arrived. Then on the 5th time I contacted they tell me it’s been too long to issue a refund and that the product was delivered... which is a lie!!’

I have not received the product nor the refund!

What a scam!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible...the best scam ever!!! I hope everyone checks for reviews before purchasing anything from this company. You will not get what you paid for and it will take months to arrive.

I would leave a zero if I could! Same complaint as most everyone else on here! I ordered the multi-functional table and got the two pieces of wood. They only refunded me $10, and gave me the same message that everyone else got. I disputed it with Paypal and am waiting to hear from that. It has been very upsetting! When I looked up reviews on the company before buying the table, I found all positive reviews! What a scam!

I agree with all the other reviews. I ordered the laptop desk and got a couple pieces of wood. I emailed them. They offered to credit me $4 and never did credit me anything. I wish I’d read these reviews first.

MAY NO ONE BE A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM STORE!
On August 24, 2020 I ordered a multi-functional wooden table for my laptop as they advertised on their website, but it took three weeks to send me a small useless bookstand. I wrote a complain to them and they said that if I was not satisfied with it I could return it to a company in China with my shipping cost! I visited their website again and they deleted the picture of the product that they advertised before.
I wrote them that I did not want what they sent me and wanted a full refund. At the beginning they said they could refund $4 and let me keep that useless bookstand. Then I wrote them that I will bring them to justice, they wrote back to me that they would refund $8. I kept asking the full refund then they said that they would refund $20. However until now I'm still writing to them and asking my refund, but receive nothing back. I am tired, disappointed, upset and angry for those doing this deceiving to steal money from others. I wish and please no one should be a victim of this SCAM store again!!!!
Beside writing this review, I also write a report to The Bureau of Consumer Protection from the Federal Trade Commission. I encourage you all victims of this SCAM store file your report so the government should know at punish them.

This company obviously does not check the merchandise they bring in from China. I never would have ordered had I known. I ordered a Mini Wood Cutting Chainsaw and got a foldable hand pruning saw. I have e-mailed them asking for direction on how to rectify the situation. Since they never responded to a previous e-mail I sent, I'm not so sure they will respond to this one based on some of the other reviews. I will submit an updated review if I have any luck.
Side Note: Always check out the company you are ordering from and beware if they order from China!

Terrible, order (laptop stand) is completely different and to me, useless. They are not sending a full refund unless I pay for return shipping. Definitely a scam.

i'm not even sure it's a real shop. havent gotten my items in over 3 months. dropped them an email but didnt get a reply

This is absolutely a scam. I received a foldable hand saw from them instead of the rechargeable hand held chain saw. I am going to attempt to get a refund from them. I don't know how people can get away with this!

Awful waited forever and then did not receive correct item

I received my product yesterday and it WAS NOT what I ordered. It was a handheld saw not the battery operated one I ordered. I'm reporting them to paypal and hope I can get my money back. I am unable to get on the so called web site. So if it appears to good to be true it's really a SCAM.

I have never received the goods.The site is out of service.PayPal is investigating.It seemed too good to be true.The price seems low compared to the quality promissed.

For me to name and shame someone it's really bad. Don was online looking for a couple of tables to use under our computers! The company that he bought them from is Awesome Car Goods in China! It took weeks for these tables to arrive. When we got them they were not what we saw or was described in words or the picture . I ended up sending several emails asking for my money back or the correct table sent to us. They offered me a small amount of money back and I could keep the item that they sent. I then told them that I worked for a magazine company that I write for and that I would make it public right around the world and they didn't even care. So I took a look at their website and you know they have done this to so many people around the world. They are true scammers. Everyone gets these same pieces of flimsy wood. I have added a picture of what they sent us. Please share this with as many people as possible because they keep selling to people and more people are getting scammed by them all the time. If anyone has an idea how to stop these people from making money like this would be greatly appreciated! I want them stopped as soon as possible! Sharing this will help. This is what I have put on my facebook page with photos. So yes I do write for magazines around the world. I will also make it public where ever I can. These people don't care who they hurt even my husband whom is dying from cancer. I will not show any mercy to these people. I also made them aware of my husbands health and they didn't answer me this time. The person I was dealing with his name is Boggis and this really makes sense to me as they are a boggis company that can't be trusted what so ever. I also didn't want to even give them a star but it was the only way I could review them.

This was such a farce. I, too, ordered the multifunctional table board and received three pieces of wood that is more like an easel than anything. You definitely can't use it to prop up your laptop, let alone even support it. I sent several emails. First one went to the "jeremiah..." account and they came back with it was a supplier issue and a $4 refund. I sent a second email only to find out that the email was disabled. I went back to the website to find an alternate email. Sent another email stating that I was dissatisfied and wanted a full refund or my product sent. Again was told it was a supplier issue and they could do nothing about it. I could send the product back at my expense and was eventually offered as much as $12. I still haven't received my product that I ordered and no refund. I have filed a complaint with econsumer.gov. This is the worst scam I have ever been involved with. And sitting here knowing I will never be fully compensated is infuriating. Today I went to their website awesomecargoods.store and the website has been taken down. So, I guess that's good for others because they won't be scammed? but I'm afraid that they will probably just open a new website offering the same scam. I will definitely be more leery when making any other online purchases.

Further to last review - I sent Paypal pictures of the promised item and the received item, as well as copies of email correspondence and a link to this page. Paypal has ruled in my favour and has awarded me a full refund including the original shipping cost.

I recommend you do the same. Scammers like this don't deserve to win.

SCAM, SCAM, AND SCAM. Happen to me as well. Odered laptop folding table and received pieces of board. Send with US return address but demand to send them back to China which cost an estimate of $40 shipping fee.

This company is fraudulent. I have same complaint as others here. Ordered an adjustable desk and sent a price of junk cut out that is supposed to be a tablet stand but is worthless. Emails to company get nowhere. First they offered my $4 refund. Then $6 then $8. They refuse to refund me and the item and my order link are no longer in service. So they deleted the product completely. Disputing this with PayPal is like pulling a bad tooth with thread. Painful and useless

This company rips you off. They send pieces of cardboard in the mail and when you dispute in Paypal they say they will only refund if you send back the cardboard at your own expense. So no matter what you will be out of pocket. Don't buy from them!!!!! It's all lies.
