I order my bottle on december 15th and I still didn't receive it. On their website it says 6 days for the shipping. It's been nearly a month and still nothing. My tracking number says that my parcel it's still in USA. I live in Canada. I'm really desappointed. It was for a chrismas gift. The costumer service told me about a partiel refund and since I got no answer.

I ordered a diving map poster 2 weeks ago for my best friend. I still haven't received any news about this. very disappointed. Already sent an email but no response. I think I just lost my money €150

My dive map is beautiful. Hard to fine a good world dive map that's so pretty. I had a few questions and the customer service was exceptional. They got right back to me with the help I needed. I'd definitely order from them again.

Avoid - I ordered a present as there was guaranteed Christmas delivery. It hasn’t arrived and now I have no gift for my brother. He lives abroad and I won’t see him after it’s now due to arrive so I will now have to pay to ship it to him in Dubai.
Save your money and don’t bother ordering from here.

My order was guaranteed tonarrive before Christmas. It did not. I finally received a reply saying it was lost. No map, which has cost me $90 I have asked for a refund and have had no response. This map cost way too much.
Wish for a full refund including shipping.

I ordered a dive map poster, one young explorer towel, a bucket list towel and dive book. Soooo happy with my purchases! Gorgeous quality and fast service! Will definitely keep these in mind for awesome gifts.

I ordered a bottle on December 3rd. Today is December 17th and it still says "ready to ship". It was supposed to arrive at my adress before Christmas (as they advertise in their website) but nothing came up yet. Don't even have a way of tracking the order.

There were delays in getting some of my products delivered but the customer service was awesome. Sara chased the issue for me and resolved it without any hassle.

I ordered the travel bottle and it’s beautiful. My order took a while to arrive, so contacted customer service to ask about the latest status. I revived an answer in less than 12 hours and they immediately offered to re- ship or refund me in case it would not arrive in the next few days. Luckily, the bottle arrived so they did not have to do it. But I really appreciate that they would offer it and the quick response.

Map wasdamaged. Provided photos to Simon. Simon said he would offer a refund and then ghosted us. Would not recommend.

Firstly, 2 stretched canvas maps were delivered in a timely manner to NZ. However, I made a big bloomer by asking for these prints to be delivered to New Zealand so that I could festive wrap one and send back to England as a gift. To do this I was being quoted in excess of NZ$ 300 (GB£ 140) by local NZ couriers. Awesome Maps were understanding and offered to send another to a UK address at a reduced price. Absolutely delighted with their understanding and with the quality of the product. It now means that I have one for myself to plan my own travels!! There is good cheer at Christmas, after all!!

I received my Dive Map towel today and I am very pleased with the quality and art work. To those who have complained about the time to receive the product, please keep in mind that this product is coming from overseas and has to go through customs, which is a lengthy process. Please be patient. Your item will come and it will be worth the wait. Mine took three weeks.

Very easy to order and customer support is very kind and helpful. The shipment is longer than stated during the order, but arrived perfectly packed.

This is a fake company. Ordered towel and no towel, no answer, no money back. Disappointment. Will report on this company in all possible channels.

The bucket list map arrived today! Beautifully made it includes a lot of interesting facts about each country! I’m sure my niece will get lots of fun interacting with this map!

I absolutely love my water bottles. The bottle and lid are solid quality and the stickers seem like they will last a long time. The company contacted me and was very responsive with my questions. I would be happy to order from them again.
