AW CarHouse
AW CarHouse, we're amazing so much so we travelled from Danbury Essex to Birmingham to go see them.
Honestly we'd had a bad experience that morning with a company in Romford, searched the internet and AW CarHouse popped up so called them immediately, Anthony answered, it was like chalk and cheese, so polite and friendly, we drove there straight away to go and see a Tesla Model X 75D white SUV.
We took a few wrong turns and arrived at 5.45pm. but Anthony and Reece couldn't have been nicer. We had a quick look at the car, unlike my previous experience that morning this company is a cut above the rest.
I fell in love with the car straight away but rather than rushing to purchase the car we decided to stay overnight in a hotel, it was my birthday so why not.
Next morning went back to AW CarHouse and Anthony and Reece were just a friendly, we didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying the car instead were given time to go over anything we wanted and could ask any questions.
The car was absolutely spotless and you could tell it was well looked after just like the other cars on their forecourt.
Reece took care of the paperwork, that was a breeze too, I almost forgot they even fully charged the car overnight so we could get back home to Norfolk.
There was a slight dent in a chrome strip on the drivers side door, Reece messaged me yesterday to say the replacement part is on its way to me.
