Still haven't received item which was ordered and paid for 15 days ago now. No reply to emails, I would suspect this 'company' is fraudulent or at best extremely incompetent. Avoid at all costs

My wife ordered a pregnancy pillow from this website, which initially appeared legitimate. However, what we received was laughably poor quality—a flimsy item you’d expect to find for £2 at a market.
The issues didn’t stop there. The item took ages to arrive, and when we requested a return (which I suspect they deal with frequently), we discovered their return address is in Portugal. This makes returning the item more expensive than it’s worth, effectively trapping customers into keeping their low-quality goods.
To top it off, the pillow arrived vacuum-packed so tightly that re-packing it for return was nearly impossible, completing what feels like a well-crafted scam.
Avoid this website at all costs.
