The product is like water, it doesn't what you said it suppose to do. Just not satisfied.

A smeary application is usually a sign that there is a little too much product on the brush tip. A light blot on a tissue before each stroke helps control the amount and gives a much cleaner result. One of the bottles was empty. The brush on the 2nd bottle was weird and flat and didn't apply as shown in the instagram videos. Requested a refund and they did eventually process a refund and sent a replacement as well. Good customer service, just not sure it's the right product for me.

I have tried repeatedly to get a response from you. I received the eyebrow wands and serum. I am not pleased with them, they are too dark even when applied sparingly and I purchased the lightest shade. I also do not see any benefit from the serum. I would like to return them and get a refund. Since I have not heard back from you, I have filed a dispute for the charge with my credit card company.

The package was smashed, it was just in a plastic bag, I don't know if someone stepped on it, or put a heavy package on top. I was disappointed!

I cannot explain how disappointed I was when this product came in. I ordered two of them, not know the color I need it and they will draw the next day both of them then I found you can buy the same stuff on Temu for 5.99 same brand same everything I want my money back and they said they had to keep $10 of it for a stocking fee. Their website said there is no stocking fee. The stuff is terrible. Want to try it for less than 20 something dollars order it from Temu and I guarantee you you will have the same result everybody else else’s had.

Doesn’t work as shown. There are no hair like strokes. Just comes out looking filled like using a pencil or powder. It also doesn’t apply much product when you put it back in the bottle.

Your product did not cover my eyebrows (they are almost gone). I'm very disappointed. I tried it again and it worked much better. I will most likely order again.

The product does not look like the example in the ad. It does not apply easily and the brow color does not flow evenly. I commented about my concerns and it was
suggested that I try and trim the bush shape of the brow applicator....the appeal of the product was the clearly individual brush tips. Not a functional tool.
