Very disappointed with this company. Ordered an item and and emailed them to cancel the next day. No response. Emailed once item arrived, no response. Submitted 2 online contact forms, no response. Called both numbers listed online, got voicemail, left messages, no response. Would not recommend them under any circumstances as it’s not that their customer service is bad, there just isn’t any.

I had never heard of this company before, despite buying bike parts online for many years from 5 or 6 other online sellers as well as Amazon.

They had the Rene Herse tires I needed, so I did some google searching and the reviews of AVT were very good overall, so I gave it a shot....

I am VERY HAPPY with this AVT's performance. Item was shipped promptly, and arrived in good time. Item was packed well and was exactly as ordered.

I would recommend this company without hesitation to friends and family.

I bought a Chris King hub and a Onyx hub from it.
AVT shipped me an Onyx hub in black but I ordered a silver one. It is not a functional issue so I ignored it.

However, the Chris King 6-bolt hub came with the adjusting clamp which is for centerlock rather than 6-bolt.
Customer service claimed it is a NEW design and denied that they shipped me the wrong hub.

Obviously, the bearing of hubshell at non driven side is not covered by and is exposed to the air after the clamp is installed. The dirt sticks to the bearing after riding one lap.

Have been using ATV as my source for custom wheel builds (3 sets to date) and frame components going on 4 years. They have a great selection of high quality wheels and hubs and can build you the wheelset that suits your needs and imagination. Their wide selection of premium components all on one site is really handy. They answer the phone and address emails quickly, and will give you as much in person phone time as needed. You can have confidence in knowing you are speaking to people with experience who wish to share. To top it off, they have consistently come in with better prices for builds and shipping as well. Makes a big difference when living in Alaska. Couldn't be more pleased.

awful. new customer. accidentally ordered wrong part.
returned within a week and had to personally pay for return shipping. used precisely the same technique and original packaging only to have customer service send back to me and deny the return. ***beware customers as it seems that the return policy is very onerous on the buyer***.

Neil was outstanding in his willingness to offer his time to answer questions and provide information that was way beyond expectations. Highly recommend - and check out their prices on cycling equipment - AWESOME!
