Avon offers a wide range of affordable beauty products, and I’ve had some good experiences with their skincare. However, the quality really varies — some items feel outdated or ineffective, and the fragrances can be overwhelming. Shipping can also take longer than expected. It's convenient if you're on a budget, but don't expect premium results or consistency across the board.

My order was incomplete in that I ordered 2 bottles of Skin So Soft 250mm but only received 150mm
Whilst I agree this is an easy issue to resolve - the Customer Service from Avon is abysmal !
WhatsApp is useless - no one answers the phone , which costs 65p per minute !
Will avoid this company which is a shame as the products are nice .

Put my order in as usual waiting for my order to arrive waited a week still no order tried for days to get through to them was a nightmare to be told I have to pay some money off my order asked why my account had been lowered I haven't been told I have been with Avon for well over 10yrs to be treated like this is disgusting to tell my loyal customers was hard never ever owed them money why lower my limit I don't know why gutted I am because I always put good orders into Avon

Ordered from avon online. Never again. 3 items missing. They did this to me back in 2020 aswell. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but no improvement. Emailed and so far had no response.

I have been an avon rep for over forty years, over the last few years (since they were taken over by another business) the quality of their products has gone down. I used to have a few customers who bought their skin creams, the anew range is fairly expensive but the results were always good, however the last few times the cream has been ordered I’ve had it returned because it has caused rashes and reactions! No one wants to order it anymore because they have clearly changed the ingredients, even the consistency of the cream is different. Many of the lines I have ordered for years have disappeared and customers plus myself now buy what we need in shops. I have passed this information on in surveys they sent me several times but I don’t think they read the surveys they send. Today has been the last straw. I’ve sent in a slightly larger order because my daughter hadn’t made an order in a while and had run out of the items she regularly uses. I keep getting text messages saying I must pay my balance before they ship my order but my balance is at zero?? I’ve phoned this morning to ask what is going on to be told that because the order is a bit more than the credit limit they have set by some weird method that the lady tried to explain to me (it made no sense at all) I will have to pay a quarter of the amount ordered up front before they will release it!!! So they expect me to now ask for payment before the items arrive! I said I wasn’t happy so she said she would speak to someone, when she came back she said I still have to pay half of what they originally asked. I wasn’t happy but said I would pay it, the lady said she was going to secure the line so she could take payment then put the phone down on me. I cannot express in words how irritated I am with avon, the shoddy products, the discontinued lines and the shockingly poor customer service! Over forty years of selling for them (I have never missed a payment) and now I am not trusted to receive an order unless I pay up front? Very poor avon! The company has really gone down the drain!

I have been using AVON since I was a teenager. I am a man, 60yrs old now and STILL have an AVON LADY. I really appreciate how simple it was to buy (not the blocks long wall of products in the drug store) I do get compliments when I wear their cologne. I Highly recommend.

My experience with Avon cosmetics has always been a} pleasant one. From the purchasing of products and quality as well as wonderful customer services and always helpful agents. Thanks Avon for caring😘😘

Nice delivery and quick to post out....tidy and clean packed..staff on the phones polite, kind and helpful..love their fragrances?!!! Wow gorgeous

I ordered some perfume online on 13th July. Still it hasn't arrive (12thAugust). To add insult to injury, last week I got an email asking for a review.

I contacted their so-called customer service but have had no response whatsoever.

Now 14th September, still no perfume or reply from their so-called customer service. Disgusting.

It is now 22nd March 2025, almost two years since I ordered and still no perfume.

I love this place and there products are brilliant and not to pricey

Order never arrived as stated and half the things were missing,

Thats us finished.

I like the Avon senses showercreams & there are bath bombs I buy a lot of these are my favourite products last year I had a lot of Avon & I’ve stuck with it.
Avon senses are good I would recommend them. Apple & muguet
Is still available most of them are discontinued raspberry coconut milk moon milk. Calm & unwind isn’t what I usually go for but I liked it.
White lily bubble bath is no longer available
There was a festive gingerbread showercream that was nice.
I’ve looked online most of them are no longer available. I batched buy a lot of them.
