Horrible service, rude support rep.
This company used to be good. What a shame.
Avnet has gone down the tubes. Our company had a return for credit and after a year, they supposedly corrected the credit problem, but a department is still sending past due notices and have not applied our credit. They never answer any phones. Very disappointed
A bit less than one year later Avnet finally fixed the problem.
real hard difficulties to make payment,
same group as Newark, Farnel, both bad experience
extremely bad customer support for whole group
An order hasn't been processed for a week. After a call they admitted they had an issue and promised to take care. Couple more days passed and nothing happened and after another phone call and waiting on the line been told that the order on hold cause by the time they solved their issues some components ran out of stock. No compensation was offered and some lady from CS even hung up on me. Called yesterday again and asked to ship whatever they've got and guess what... no update on order status. Bottom line: unorganized company, rude service absolute lack of customer support.
