Unfair insurance quote
I got my renewal quote, rang you to see could u do any better on price but was told you couldn't. I went in and did a new quote and ended up getting a quote for nearly 50 euro cheaper. I find this a scam, why couldn't you give your loyal customers the cheaper price when sending out new quote

I spent 3 weeks forwarding a no claims…
I spent 3 weeks forwarding a no claims bonus. Originally the issue was that the no claims bonus was sent via e mail as format received from my former insurance company. Rectified this and queried a no fault claim on my NCB. This was furnished. Then a query that my former insurance company hadn't depicted a log on the NCB that they sent. Then the query on the claim had to be expanded upon by my former insurance company. 10 emails 20 phone calls later it was resolved. In the interim I was informed that I could drive with no insurance disc displayed. Aviva stated you can get the Garda to phone them if my car was stopped. I explained to Aviva that Aviva are not available after 4 pm or weekends and it was an offence under section 41 road traffic act and my car would be seized and towed away.Aviva didn't understand this
