Will never use this service again

This adventure started out fine. We found the place no problem and were driven to the airport by the shuttle quickly. Returning home was nothing short of a disaster. We text and called the office to arrange pick up immediately after we got off the plane. It took Avistar an hour and 15 minutes to send a shuttle. When the shuttle arrived it was full and we had to wait another 20 for the next shuttle which was also full when it arrived!
We bought a Groupon prior to using this service. When we tried to book the reservation we were told we needed to pay for the reservation in full and when we checked out upon our return they would adjust my CC accordingly. That unfortunately was not the case. After getting back to their office and waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk she then tried to charge my credit card yet again for a balance "owed" even after she had been given my Group-on. Luckily I saved ALL of the receipts from both Group-on and Avistar's online reservation.
Once they finally pulled our car up for us to leave nobody knew where my keys were AND I was parked in.

This was all around a terrible experience and from now on we will park at the airport!

Did not know they had moved locations...

The service was fine, I had an issue with going to the wrong location since they have not updated their address on their website ...I was not aware that they are now located in the WallyPark building. I don't recall there even being a sign at their former location that says that they are now located at the WallyPark location.

I waited 45 mins for my car. I also have not been reimbursed for usung a Groupon.

Customer Service was poor

I had to actually go and look for my car. I had to keep going inside to tell them that I could not find my car as it was not pulled up to the building. I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to get into my car and go home. No apology or anything as they continued to sit inside talking.

Smooth experience.

All good. We pulled into the lot, handed over our reservation, and hopped on the shuttle bus and arrived at airport promptly. No delays. No problems.

Oops!

We have used Avistar 3-4 times over the past couple years and have been very pleased. However, upon on arrival back to Chicago this morning, we had to wait 30 minutes for them to "find our car." Lead staff member was very apologetic and gave us a credit for future use. We will use again, but confidence level needs to be rebuilt.

New location so going to allow time to resolve kinks...

I've used Avistar multiple times and have always had an exceptional experience. The new location is lovely and the staff is still as friendly as can be, but the "system" is different which caused delays and tipping is confusing since there are more people involved. Our car was not ready and waiting for us as it's been in the past. Instead, we brought the keys to a gentlemen who then retrieved our vehicle. This added unexpected time to our return. Previously we dealt with and tipped only the driver, now there is the driver and the car retriever. Again, this is a new move and will require time to work things out so I anticipate continued use of this service and will adjust accordingly.

Long wait, terrible service, not worth it

There was no information as to where to go for the shuttle. Just to call this number and then wait. I wouldn't have found it without running into people looking confused. Then there was a very long line, I was given the wrong keys, and in total from when I got my luggage at the airport to actually being able to get into my car and go home was 4 hours. I would rather pay more and get home faster.

Always a good experience

Can be a bit confusing at times as there are so many vans for pick up, but this place is worth it. No problems w my car ever and I've used them several times in the past 5yeats. I have to admit, each time the service gets better
