Worst Place to leave your car
This company went under new management and moved and never notified me. Found out from a sign at old place. They have a really nice office now and transport to and from the airport is fast. Previously when we returned our vehicle was pulled up by the office running getting warmed up, not this time we waited 30 minutes and our car which was covered with snow and ice was driven up. Yes it was bitterly cold out but it usually always is when we return in winter. Never had to wait, get in a frozen vehicle and not even giving a prepaid customer a email telling me that you moved to a different location which by the way we arrived at 3am and this could have been a disaster and ruined our entire trip. Never Again AVISTAR/WALLY WORLD what ever your name is now. We used avistar for years!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude staff!
I also used the groupon and never got reimbursed. They said up to 6 weeks and it never happened. They are not in the business of customer service, only in it to gain money! What a joke!

I've utilized the parking lot twice and I've never had nay issues. The wait time and distance from the airport are wonderful.
Adequate service
My truck was not readily available when I returned. Despite my calling to ensure that my truck would be warmed and ready to go, it was not. The young lady at the front desk was very matter of fact to the point of rudeness. I will not park there in the future and will share my experience with others to use as they make their decisions to park there.
Unorganized
I used a groupon. When I checked in I was told to keep my groupon and pay with a card and that it would be refunded once I returned back. My arrival back had us waiting for three hours from the time I called in from the landing time of my flight. Very unorganized. My car was also not cleaned off of snow. I also never got refunded for my original payment.

Everything about the service the day we returned was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport and waited 1-1/2 HOURS to get my car once we were there.
Never again
We made an online reservation for the AviStar parking garage at OHare. Upon arrival at lot there was a sign stating they had moved. Website still shows old address, even printed email shows old address. We went to new address which is under another name. The lot was full and we had to double park in the exit and leave our keys with someone inside hoping it was still there when we arrive back. After our return plane landed and we were brought back to the parking lot, we waited with 10-15 others for our van to be brought to us. Most people waited over 45 minutes for their vehicle to be found and delivered. Everyone was very unhappy and most said they would never return. Last time using this service.
Cancellation policy has to be revised to customer friendly.
Not Happy
No advanced warning of your move to Wally Park added stress and confusion to try and make our flight. Looking for different parking in the future have to try Preflight.
Excellent
Short distance from airport, waited less then 10 minutes for shuttle bus. The only confusion was that voucher purchased from Groupon had an old address.
Good and bad experiences
I've used Avistar twice. The first time was last spring and we had great service - no problems at all. The second time was early December and it was horrible. I would give them no stars if I were to base it on that experience. We waited almost two hours to get our vehicle. The staff was also very rude.
Too Long
I waited over 30 minutes to get my car. There were only 3 of us waiting. No one seemed to know where to get the cars.
Missing part off of my car
When I come back to town a part was missing off of my car .
All over not good
The reservation I printed out listed the wrong address for where to drop off our car so we drove to the old location near the overpass.
Then after my husband took the shuttle back to Avistar it took nearly an hour for his car to brought to him.
Will search for any other option for future travel.
