I searched for flights from Medellín to Cartagena on Skyscanner, which redirected me to Aviatur, where I booked. However, I received an itinerary with dates I never selected. Additionally, the return flight included a stop in Bogotá—something that didn’t even appear in the Skyscanner search. Who in their sane mind would book a flight at 4 a.m. with a stop in Bogotá when there are 11 direct flights from Cartagena to Medellín on the same day?
I assumed it must be a mistake, so I contacted their customer service. I wasted 6 hours—first, they tried to blame Skyscanner, and then they told me I chose those dates and flights. If I wanted to change them, I would have to pay for it. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid booking anything with them!
