Absolutely love Avia Games! It's easy to use, and the excitement of the competitions is unmatched. I’ve never had to wait long to jump into a game.

Obviously I am leaving a BAD review with the 1 star! I downloaded a free Bingo game with Avia Games as the ads described. It also said I could win some money, so why not?! As I was playing my first game, it said I could cashout. When I hit that button, I saw it charged me $5 through Venmo in which I have an account. I didn't give authorization to charge me but only to pay me. Well, that started a whole month of interaction with me, Venmo and Avia Games. I explained what had happened and that it was an honest mistake as I read the cash out to occur through Venmo but instead was charged $5. I don't know why I was charged. I initially wasn't too concerned because my Venmo had 2 accounts on it and the one it tried to take money from was closed. Nope! Venmo decided that it was okay to take it out of the other account, without my permission!! What kind of dishonest crap is this??!! Now Venmo, says I have to pay them back this ridiculous $5 they paid against my account and they froze my account until I paid it back. This sounds like a very sketchy way to run a business. Venmo told me they couldn't do anything and that I needed to go to the Merchant to get a refund. Wow! I went back and forth providing all the information Avia asked for and still no refund. They act like they are helping but instead they just strung me along. Every email I got from them asked if I still needed help and if not the case would be closed. They said they couldn't tell what game and who I was. They didn't say a refund or not would happen just that they couldn't find anything. I have run a few businesses myself and worked in the financial industry, so I know about paper trails and taxes. They were lying through their teeth to avoid my refund. For $5??!! How ridiculous! So, there's my review! DO NOT PLAY OR DOWNLOAD OR USE THEM IN ANY WAY! SCAMMERS! FRAUDSTERS! It's certainly not about $5 at this stage but the principle of it!

Update: I was refunded $5 but only after I said I was leaving a BAD review.

Scam, can't withdraw winnings.

What a load of cr p. Got a women in a queue who can’t afford to buy anything, why is she in the queue then? Next thing you know she’s fished out her mobile phone, how does she afford that? Official partner of PayPal, they say they know nothing about it but when asked to deny it, they don’t! Can’t believe anyone gets taken in by this rubbish. On the app download says minimum age 17+, you have to be 18 in the UK to gamble! Have asked Avia games for their Uk gambling licence number, so far they have not been able to give me it, have reported Avia to the advertising standards agency and the Gambling Commission, waiting to see what happens there.

Just like most people on here refuse to payout and try to blame me for not inputting the details correctly, also tried to blame the payout company Rapyd so contacted them and they too confirmed that they hadn’t received any requests complete Scam don’t waste your money

Stay away from all of their games. Scammers that do anything not to pay out or wven a refund. Ive put endless money in and recently they said I’ve violated terms and conditions which is utter nonsense. No matter what I ask or say they give the same response with zero clarification or explanation which leads me to believe it’s basically a money making scam. No wonder they have a law suit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS ! 🚨

I really liked Bingo Tour as a way to spend some time, until it came to withdrawing winnings which was fraught with difficulty. I never got a penny and am deleting the app. Swindlers!

I am writing up this review so other people do not get scammed and frauded like I did. Depositing money takes 2 seconds,whereas withdrawal is a nightmare. They keep rejecting withdrawal requests, first they blamed RAPYD platform for having issues called it 'Third party issue', then they went and kept telling me it was my bank account. They recommended me to use another bank account details,which I did and the same problem happened. They keep telling me its my bank but I know surely its not, I know they just don't want me to withdraw the funds.
Whats more I have a doubt they keep collecting our data and bank details, no wonder why apple removed their app from App store. Their customer support is shite yet very responsive. They keep telling you the same and never investigate what is the problem and why my withdrawals fail. I am going to file a police report against the them for frauding and scamming the customer. And will take it further for violating my customer rights and taking piss of out of the customer.

I feel like the more I deposited the more I lost on Solitaire Clash. Bonus cash is a sacm to get you to play more. You cannot withdraw it. It is just a carrot to get you to play more!! PLEASE DO NOT waste your money!! There are so many other things that are useful that you can spend your money on! I have been playing for over a year and have lost hundreds of dollars if not thousands of dollars I sadly admit. This game is designed to take from you one they see you are hooked. You are better off just flushing your money down the toilet. Honest opinion. I blame myself for all I have spent. A fool and her money will soon be parted and they know this! Don't be like me! Run fast! You will not win more than you spend on this game!!

I went to a party.Iost my phone there.I got my phone back the next morning and I know that somebody was in my google Password manager After careful investigation my phone After careful investigation I noticed that someone Play bingo clash They use my bank card and put a $108 worth of bills on it. A whole time playing. It's been withdrawal from a PayPal account that had no money on it. They were using a pnc bank card. There wasn't even no money with PayPal. On top of it, the individual put in for a With draw of $79. I noticed there was still sixty one ninety nine left in the game account I GAVE NO PERMISSION FOR AVIAGAMES TO USE A PNC ACCOUNT it appears that they not t h e individual used the p c account the just kept accessing pnc account


If you don't pay no more, you forfeited Reminder of the money in the account account after a 1/2 hour break. I was trying to find out what all was compromised on my phone. Though the account was deleted, the account was deleted too. What a con I've been trying to contact them. They do not want to realize what had happen and help me. All I wanna do is get the money from them. I wouldn't play that game if I was YOU.!

Total scam I tried calling them. I got redirected to another phone number blah blah blah. These guys didn’t even wait. One minute to take 10 bucks from me so look out with your dough kiddos.

Complete Scam. I paid in $15 of my money, small amount in case this didn't pan out. Played a few days and realized this was no better than playing slot machines. It's not skill based at all, like they claim in their add. It's complete luck. They claimed they were official partners of PayPal, which is a lie. They claim you can withdraw your money, this is also a lie. They classify all your money as "bonus cash"and then claim that "bonus cash" is not allowed to be withdrawn. But you don't find any of this info out until you verify your email >:( So they have some sensitive info, stole my $15, and also kept my "winnings". I have already contacted PayPal. I am going to contact BBB. And I am also going to contact my bank just in case and inform them that under no circumstances are they to allow anymore withdrawals from Avia Games. Every single thing in their ad was 100% a lie. Luckily I really am broke so there isn't anything for them steal except my last $45. As I told them in my email after i deleted my account, enjoy my $15 you scammed from me. Tell the fat lady in your add to use it to buy some donuts and have a good laugh at screwing me over. I'll be first in line at the class action lawsuit witch.

First off I did win money spent way more but I did successfully make multiple withdrawal's. I made one of $650 that I never recived I contacted support endless times let me tell you worst experience ever they don’t care worst company ever!! After soo many support people I had gotten repeate staments including:

: our records show it was successfully sent… check your bank it was sent.. got this one like 20 times:

: you recived it can’t do anything contact your bank give them transaction number

After multiple attempts they finally said well we need proof you didn’t get it so I sent them all my transactions and my withdrawals requested even calculated the transactions vs requests to prove there’s $650 missing there reply was it say in our records it was sent sorry contact your bank even though I said I did a million times.

There last emeail was ok we see you didn’t get it but it was sent we can’t do anything but wait to see if it comes back faild on our end… it’s been 20 days!

I even sent them written proof from my bank that I did not receive it like they asked for inorder to help. They steal peoples money it takes forever to actually win just stay away their support is brutal

This is a scam!! They pretend that you’re going to withdraw money and they actually charge your account instead. I just got scammed for $20 and quickly deleted my account.

Trying to withdraw my winnings. Avia want me to complete a Rapyd form which requires my full name, DOB, bank account details including IBAN, drivers licence or passport, address!!! Without this information I can’t make any withdrawals!

Am I the only person who thinks that identity theft is a very, very, real possibility if I were to hand over all of this information??

They happily accept my deposits via ApplePay or PayPal, but are apparently unable to use either when I want to withdraw my funds! I only want to withdraw £26 - after they have stolen - sorry, “after I have forfeited” my bonus amount!

Please do not play Avia games - they are thieves and scammers who use bots to ensure that you never win. Oh yeah, you may win sometimes, but check how much you have deposited against how much you have won….. Even on the rare occasions you get a decent win, compare it to your deposit amount - you will always, (guaranteed), find that your ‘winnings’ are much less than your deposits. Even winnings above £100 will still be less than your deposits. Just check it once……

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - YOU WILL LOSE FAR MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER WIN. If you doubt someone who has lost a ridiculous amount of money playing this game, just ask me to give you screenshots of what I have deposited and what I have won ….

Just because I’ve been stupid, it doesn’t mean that you have to be equally dumb. Don’t waste your time and money on ANY Avia games - there’s a reason that they have a number of lawsuits against them….

Avis has paid me my winnings, but they say it’s a one off payment and for any future withdrawals I will HAVE to complete the Rapyd form. My question is: if they can pay me my winnings without me completing the Rapyd form, why can’t they always do that?? I have told them numerous times that I will NEVER complete a form which puts me at serious risk of bank fraud or identity theft. They just keep telling me how secure my details are and how honest they are (!!). I said I would complete the form if they gave me all the same information about themselves as they want from me - I promised them that I would keep it secure and that I am honest, so they have nothing to worry about! They declined! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

scammers. i won some money in a game and first of all, 1 third of this money is bonus cash which cannot be withdrawn. secondly, i was unable to even initiate a withdrawal for a week. thirdly, once i did initiate a withdrawal, they cancelled it. fourthly, customer services are absolutely useless. fifthly, they state it will take up to 7 days for a withdrawal on thier website, it has taken me almost 2 weeks so far and i still do not have it

in short, this is a scam company and a bunch of liars who just fob you off in support
