I have a travel insurance with Aviva

I have a travel insurance with Aviva, after incurring some loss with the ticket and purchasing new ticket, I claimed form Aviva. Aviva said they don't pay the original ticket loss and from the extra ticket they only pay 35% of the ticket which is a joke. I paid for years travel insurance with Aviva and I want you to think of your insurance with AVIVA again.

Dismissive and rude - UNHELPFUL

I walked from my house to the Avia Sittard, Leyenbroek to drop off a parcel because they are a DHL service point too, I completely forgot to take my facemask with and the attendant refused to help me. I told her I did not forget on purpose but that it was a mistake, she still refused to help me but said that I must scan my parcel in by myself anyways at the DHL terminal, she was very unfriendly. The scan didn't work properly so I told her I need her help, she refused because I had no mask on. I told her that I will stand outside while she takes a look at why my parcel is not scanning, she refused still. I asked her over and over why she won't help me if I stand outside, which is literally 3 metres away, why can she not see why my parcel won't scan. She refused still, a customer even started screaming at me while she was there as if all of the drama was my fault. Yet she had no customer service to think how best she could help me, she started to ignore me, I got so upset, it was very clear to her how upset I was, but she didn't care and continued to ignore me. I left my parcel next to the scan machine, went outside, waited for the shop to be empty and asked her from the door to please check my parcel to scan, she refused again. I cannot believe how bad the service at this station is!!! I cannot believe how dismissive the staff are and that I am made to feel like an absolute idiot for wanting normal service. She made me feel like a complete fool for asking for her help!! so much so that a client felt they needed to get involved!! This is the 2nd time I have an issue with a non-service attitude at this Avia about DHL things. Why do you become a DHL service point if you cannot "serve". I found this ladies attitude, dismissive, rude, belittling and I don't know why she is serving customers if she doesn't understand the definition of service. Helping a customer is the entire point right? I (not her) came up with a solution for me to stand outside and she refused still! I'm appalled and disgusted how humans treat others. In the future I must not expect an help from these people, just a body there to swipe my card and that is all. What's the point, why don't you get robots to stand there then?! 0% Customer service. From your website: "Door het meest klantvriendelijke tankstation te zijn" - I find this very untrue at this station. Leyenbroek Avia, the worst!
