Awful association

Awful association, housing loud abusive pot smoking tenants. Flooded my apartment 5 times, taking down ceilings etc. On 4 occasions Aves agreed to repair. Never turned up once . Did repairs myself and claimed costs against Aves in the courts and won.
Aves didn’t pay the £14,000 owed, so now employing High Court bailiffs to their offices to repossess goods. Cost Aves an awful lot more than £14,000 now. Unbelievable .
No one at Aves returns calls or takes responsibility for anything, from Kat in repairs to Satinder in accounts . At every level they are unprofessional .
That sadly is my experience .
