Love the PJ's my lady and I have a few matching sets now. Once you understand they have two categories of products, one that's a "Pre-order" and one that's "read to wear" - everything works great!
FYI customer service, especially Lisa were exceptionally helpful.

Good product, bad customer service
Good product; bad customer service. My first set of PJs' arrived promptly and worth the wait. The 2nd pair has not arrived in weeks and no response from customer service on expected ETA (they had no problem charging me in full at time of purchase). Averiesleep team should acknowledge the "not so positive" reviews with a response, I see you steadily respond to the positive reviews.

I ordered a bathing suit on 12/26, and then realized it was backordered until mid-February. I quickly sent an email asking if I could cancel my order. I received a prompt response advising that my order hand been cancelled.
Fast forward 2 weeks, and I still hadn't received my refund. I sent an email to customer service, as there is no phone number to reach a live person. I received a response advising that they showed my refund had been processed, that I should contact my bank. So, I call my bank, and there was no evidence of a refund on their end either. My bank advised me to contact the shop again and ask them to escalate on their end. I did this, and another 2 days later I received an email and I was advised that after they looked into it further, the my credit had been deducted from their fund on their end that I would need to contact Shopify (THEIR payment platform). After I wasted and hour online chatting with Shopify, they advised me they couldn't help me, that the shop owner would have to contact them.
SO, I contacted Averie Sleep AGAIN, and sent them screenshots of my online chat with Shopify and advised them to get in touch with Shopify. After 4 or 5 more days of back and forth, I was advised that Shopify advised Averie Sleep that the refund had gone through on their end, and that I needed to contact my bank...yet again. So, today I called my back, gave them all of the same information again, and requested to set up a dispute when they told me again that there will still not credit on my account, and they could see where Averie Sleep had tried to charge my account again on the day they told me they had refunded me.
I have my fingers crossed that they get it resolved on their end, as I am tired of dealing with these people. I'm very sad about it, too, because the bathing suits looked beautiful online.

I have ordered four pairs of pajamas from Averie. I love the pajamas. That said, I will never order again because it shouldn’t take 3 months to fulfill an order. No. And customer service is nearly non-existent and what exists is incompetent. I strongly do not recommend.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this company. My daughter saw their ad on Instagram and sent to me. I ordered 5 items: 2 pjs, 1 gown, 2 robes on 11/29/21. I emailed customer service about xmas delivery before ordering, as these were gifts. They assured me items would arrive in time. I emailed several times and received intermittent responses to emails. In early Jan. 2022, 3 items arrived, no robes(approx $200 in merchandise). The items I received are very nice, lovely prints and fabrics. I emailed again several times and have received no response. I am contacting VISA fraud dept to file a dispute. Has anyone noticed that Averie only responds to posts with glowing reviews of their products? I will never order from this company again. 1/26/22: Less than 24 hrs after posting the above review, I got this email from Averie:
"Your order is looking great and it’s all wrapped up and ready to go! The courier is arriving shortly to collect your package, and then it’ll be on its way to its new home with you."
1/31/22: How foolish of me to think that the package delivered on Monday would have both of the items I paid for. There was only 1. So now, it's been 2 months and still my order has not been completed. What is the point of emailing if there is no response?2/15/22 There were 3 unanswered emails to these people, last one was 1/20/22. Last robe arrived yesterday, 2 1/2 months after order placed. My statement stands, I will never order from this company again.

The wait is worth it! The product is top quality. I purchased men’s pajama set for my husband as a Christmas gift. They did arrive after Christmas, but I knew that there would be a delay due to responsible product creation. My husband has been asking for silky pajamas for years, but you can’t find any in most stores. If you do, they are usually boring looking. These pajamas are perfect for him as he enjoys quality material in fun designs. I provided him with an image of the pajamas I ordered, which allowed him to excitedly anticipate their arrival. The day they arrived was like a second Christmas for him. He and I absolutely love the pattern and silkiness of the material. I can’t resist running my hand across the fabric when he wears them. He says they feel so comfortable. The pattern is as gorgeous on him as it is on the model online. I plan to order myself a pair, and I won’t mind waiting!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I had one question which was immediately answered. The pjs are so comfortable and the quality is a 10 out of 10.

Products came really late and maybe returned products
Hi.
I finally got my xmas pjs for me and husband today after all the delay as per an error in their system which was detected after i had to chase them.
It arrived and the pacakaging is terrible.
For the price we pay for, it wasn't even wrapped with paper. Just chucked into a post bag.
My pjs didn't even have tags on it or spare buttons. Makes me think if it was a return product or if it was worn before. Really disappointed with the service.
Terrible customer service.
If you order from them, remember it will take time and a lot of effort to get your products.

I preordered their “Christmas pajamas” back in September and they never came. Still have no idea and can’t get a clear answer on when or IF they’re ever coming. Horrible customer service. DO NOT order from this company. Total scam!!!
