I purchased a new Aventure 3 from the Aventon website and it was delivered on 4/22/26.

I unboxed and assembled the bike following all instructions, but the throttle and pedal assist did not work. I did all of the suggested troubleshooting but couldn't resolve the issue so I contacted Aventon Support.

I spoke with someone named Nichalous, who was very helpful. After going through all of the additional troubleshooting, he determined I needed a new controller. I was told the controller would be delivered midweek the following week, but it didn't arrive until Monday the week after.

On Monday, May 4th I received the new controller and had to load the bike on the rack to take it to an authorized Aventon dealer, only to find out the bike shop is backed up and won't be able to get to my bike for another week or two, sometime between May 12-19.

I purchased a brand new bike and have to wait a month to ride it due to the throttle and pedal assist issues. That's assuming the controller will fix the issue, but there's no guarantee.

Aventon gave me a $100 refund but it's been two weeks and the only thing I've done is communicate with Aventon support. No rides, just spending my time emailing support and driving across town to drop off a brand new Aventon bike to be repaired.

Disappointing, frustrating waste of time and money. But hey, they gave me back $100 so I only paid $1,900 for a bike that doesn't work.

If you're considering buying an Aventon, think twice. Don't make the same mistake I made, unless you're looking for a bike that needs immediate repairs right out of the box.

Good job ! Unpacking was easy as well as assembly and love the bike. I have 3 RADS and this is my first Aventon. I love my Rover also but the Aventon is a bit more advanced. Lets see how it does over the long run.

We just bought 2 new Level 4 RECs to replace our Level and Level 2. The Level had 11000 miles on it and the Level 2 had 9500 miles. Both of the old bikes are still running strong and their new owners are loving them.

We use our Level bikes for most of our transportation and as workout tools They have become our most trusted and frequently ridden bikes in our queue. Although we loved the previous Level bikes they were not always able to handle the steep mountain roads we live on with ease. But, the new ones are like having the 2 older bikes on steroids. They are faster, more powerful, more stable, amazingly nimble and have a longer range, still, at a completely affordable price. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Neither of our old bikes have required much other than normal maintenance.

We appreciate Aventon's innovation in producing better and better bikes every year. We can't recommend them enough to everyone who asks us about them. I'm sure we have been personally responsible for selling many of them over the years.

The holes in the bike rack didn't line up correctly. Had to drill out in order to make it fit. For the adventure 2 there was no instructions as what to do with the front cables, including the front brake line. For a clean and non obstructed flow certain things needed to be rerouted.

I spent several months researching e-bikes. Three family members have them and I tried all of their bikes. Service was great and the rides have been great. I went with one of the lightest Aventon bikes and have been pleased with its performance. It is easy to transport, pleasant to ride, and the battery has held well.

I did a lot of research on this bike as well as other bikes from other manufacturers and am so happy to have chose this one. It's my first e-mtb and not sure how often I will ride my analog mtb or my road bikes. I've had 2 really fun rides so far and am looking on having many more. The bike was delivered much quicker than expected. It was packaged extremely well with no damage and nothing missing. Very easy to put together and that's despite having no bike stand. Still working on getting the suspension dialed in and tweaking the power settings, but so far I'm having a blast. I've had comments from a few people walking past me at the trailhead so much purchase is validated by others as well. Yes, I wish it was 5-8 pounds lighter but I realize I'd pay much more for that weight loss. Hopefully it will get me out much more and I'll lose some weight so I can become a little more nimble.

Got the Curren ADV, shipping was fast, assembly was pretty easy with the help of the video. Very happy with the bike , my first pedal assist mountain bike, been 3-4 years since I have ridden any bike ,so glad to be back on one especially a full suspension E bike.

There were some quality control issues. When the bike arrived and prior to my assembly, I found the rear tire was scuffed up, and the wheel and motor were very dirty. It looks like had been stored outdoors and got rained on.

Found what I needed and the ordering process was simple. I received the product within a few days which made me very happy.

Cheap of you for not recalling the order when I canceled it 3h within purchase and you did reply within 24h , even before the order was shipped. Ended up telling me I had to cancel the order with 90 minutes. Kind of disappointed and I will of course pay for the return shipment.

I'm new to ebikes and chose the Pace 4 based on some reviews I saw. I use it as a daily commuter and so far its been great! I especially love the security features that help me feel more confident that my bike won't be easily stolen.
The display is really clear and easy to read/use while riding and the different assist levels are just super.
I also love that this bike is certifiably water resistant which was my main requirement since I live in a rainy area.
Setting up the bike was a breeze since it was shipped with a lot of care.
Overall, I'd recommend this ebike to anyone!

First time ebike buyer for me and my wife. Aventon Level 3 bikes are just right for our Coastal Ga area. We can see three times the scenery on the ebikes and chose what level of exercise we like. Great purchase.

Quick turn around from payment to delivery.

Smooth operation. Ease of choosing power levels using torque sensor. Weight and suspension make for a comfortable ride. The mirrors I ordered with it are much too convex. Can't see cars coming from behind until they're very close. Recommend mirrors from Walmart.
