Their website is very modern and beautiful. I ordered a light fixture on November 16. I received a confirmation notice that indicated it might take 3-9 weeks to receive the order, which seemed like a very long time. It appears the item is coming from China, which was not clear on the website. It is now more than 9 weeks later, and every inquiry I send is met with "it will arrive soon" or "call USPS." I'm out $200 and still have no product. Avoid this company unless you like giving your money away.

I ordered some lamps long time ago, after months they canceled my order. They took my money and they haven’t payed it back yet. Please be careful.

Luxury Multi-Feather Chandelier Light

I purchased this spectacular chandelier light. It arrived as predicted. My personal style is fancy and over the top as many would say.. and the quality and design far out weighed what i expected. Thank You so much Avenila for adding that style and grace to my home!

Buyers beware!!! Avenila.com provided me with poor quality products that looked nothing like the images on their website, they were unable to fulfill my order and refused to provide me with a refund and their customer service was appalling. Couldn’t get a response from them for many weeks. Australians don’t buy from this terrible company.

Poor client service
It arrives in pieces and we had to built it alone even thé electric part with chinese instructions !!

Shipping to Canada was super long but the lights ended up arriving...unfortunately one of the globes was shattered. They told me they sent another one but since then I haven't heard back. I ordered the lights in July and they are still not up, what a shame, I would love to turn this review into more stars.

Please don’t buy anything in the store even after canceling the order they will ship the item and if you ask for refund they will stop responding.

Ordered 3 lamps back in June - still haven't received them and have contacted the company more than 20 times on email!!!

The so-called owner "Logan" reached out to me after my 20 emails and promised to fix it. Now we are in mid-November and still missing my lamp even though I paid it back in June!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE - their customer service is outsourced i.e. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM

I'm only writing to let people know all these 5 stars reviews are fake! Its been 45 business days (almost 3 months) and still the products are missing! Their customer service tried fraudulently add extra days to their promised delivery window so I wouldn't receive an automatic refund which I caught due to their stupid mistake of sending me a screen shot. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS! THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES WITH FRAUDULENT REVIEWS!!

Made my order beginning of September. I fell in love with a chandelier they had featured on my Instagram. On top of that, the price was right.

After Avenila sent me a notification that my order was shipped without a tracking number, I became very skeptical. When you call their customer service line, they basically relay your questions over to the sales team. I received two very robotic responses from the sales team. It became quite frustrating and stressful that they didn’t give me a tracking number when they clearly had one.

Yesterday I received a customs/duties notification from
DHL to receive my item. If you are truly frustrated with the reviews you are reading and really love the item, just be aware that the wait time is quite long for the shipping. The shipping to Canada for me was 21 business days.

Avenila is not a scam. My items came very well packaged, no damages whatsoever. I really cannot wait for the electrician to come and hang the light.

Bought some stair lights for my kids bunk bed for $3 and the kids love it! Took awhile to ship but i don’t think I can complain for the price!

I have baugt 2 spiral lamp back in April 2020 and today I have not received my order. I have been waiting about 5 month. I send many mails and I got the same answer of copy past. they have no control at all over where their item is shipped out into the world. worst service and worst company. After 5 month wating I got fainaly an answer that I might Received my order🥺😡my order have been in transit in Poland since 22 of July. I do not know what to do more😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Please people be careful especially people in Denmark and Europe DO NOT BAY FROM THIS COMPANY
