Purchasing our recent PCs through Avaxos was a breeze. They provide an easy to use online configurator which verifies your configuration choices prior to purchase and they provided helpful step by step status updates during the build and delivery process. Very happy with the new machines and highly recommend Avaxos.

The laptop arrived sooner than expected, in excellent packaging. Setting up was very straightforward. The only pain during use has been Microsoft - constant interruptions and requested to log in, pay for Word (which we don't use, much preferring LibreOffice) use their Internet protection (we use BitDefender). The keyboard is terrific, as is the screen. We're very happy so far!

I bought a laptop as a birthday present for my son, he now has a laptop that does what he needs it to do. That makes us all happy.

Speedy delivery, Laptop ready to use straight out of the box. Everything is working well and a significant upgrade, for a very reasonable price on my previous laptop.

Ordered a PC from Avaxos, however, I had problems with it, the support team were great but unfortunately, it couldn't be sorted, they handled the refund well and were helpful when I was creating a new build. I would highly recommend their services to somebody looking for a new PC.

As someone who has been apple loyal (til now) and hasn't the foggiest when it comes to computer tech, Avaxos made it effortless for me to make the switch and build me the PC I've always needed.

Ordered a few office PCs from Avaxos. Reasonable pricing and easy to set up. If we had any questions during the process, their support team was very helpful and able to resolve these quickly.

Very good specification at a very good price. Delivery within 1 week, and small problem with Windows not being activated was solved very quickly by a phone call to tech support. The PC is now set up for my sister and is working well.

Bought the Lafitte Pro 17 i5 with 32GB RAM and two 4TB drivers. Probably about as compact as you could get for the screen size without paying silly money. Good value. Built as ordered and delivered promptly. I, friends and relatives have bought several PCs and laptops from Avaxos over the years - all without complaint.

2nd time I have got a pc from Avaxos and as always they come quick and with great quality. Would honestly recommend using avaxos over other places.

Computer arrived working perfectly although the screw for the back leg was missing but other than that everything was good

I first bought a PC with Avaxos in 2020. With only a bit of nip and tuck that PC served me amazingly well for the following 4 years, so when the time came to replace it the only place I looked into was Avaxos again. I can't recommend them enough, not just for obviously the amazing hardware, but also for the incredible service they provide.

Was recommended this company by a friend who knew I was looking at building a gaming PC and have to say there were no issues whatsoever.
Website is easy to use. Order was completed and delivered within 7 days.

Ordered around 2 months ago. Had no issue with a high end AMD machine. 7800 X3D and 7900XT. Been so good I`m gonna come back for a laptop!

I got my laptop yestarday, i had some issues in regards to delivery (missing address) but i contacted support and in few days laptop arrived. All parts seem to be working wonderful, all additional program licenses and laptop coolers are checked and corect. Only thing i would suggest is to add option to have Croatian keyboard...

Not a very quick service a month for a fairly standard desktop PC.
4 stars is for the build quality, should be 3.5 stars really.

The laptop I ordered are excellent, being able to configure the specification, allowed us to get laptops that suited our business needs at a reasonable price. Having the option to order 2 power adapters with each laptop is great for enabling hybrid home/office working, staff don't need to worry about forgetting their power adapters.
There was a longer that notmal lead time, but we were kept informed of progress at each stage, and were advised to expect longer lead times when we placed the order.
Delivery arrived on time, we had an email the day before to advise they had been dispatched. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

A good price and build was neat. Packaging was good.
My main criticism is the delay of build. If they were honest in the documentation, I wouldn't have any complaints. However, they are vastly different once the order has been placed.

The PC I received works perfectly and the delivery went great. The PC took longer that initially expected to be built, but aside from that great service.
