The item I ordered was subsequently listed as out of stock. I was proposed a alternate size, which i agreed as a solution, but Instead a wrong replacement item was sent without my consent. The substitute product is not the item I ordered and appears to have been selected on the assumption that it would be compatible, a decision that should not have been made on my behalf.

To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach customer service by phone to resolve the issue. Did not have a pleasant experience as a first time customer.

It was only a small order but was shipped and delivered in three days and safely packed. Friendly seller with a shop full of interesting and handy stuff, well worth checking out.

I bought the bath/shower support hand grip to support me getting in and out of my bath due to having a bad back.

The support hand grip is just wanted I needed. I ordered the product during midweek & it was delivered to my front door on Saturday.
