I have used them before and I would never recommend them. They charged me double what was agreed. My wife has cancer, and they still charged me a ridiculous amount during these difficult times. Please find a different lender who will understand family issues.

This is the first time I have worked with Avamore Capital and the service I received was exceptional. From the very beginning, Avamore acted as though they were part of my team guiding me through challenges and being completely transparent about what was achievable. They were very clear about the information I needed to provide and were honest with the progress of the transaction which are two key qualities you would expect from a good lender. In addition however, I came up against some unforeseen challenges with the deal and I suspect that most lenders would not have proceeded with me; instead, Avamore understood the importance of the initial transaction and so worked with me to structure the best outcome possible using a second deal to help the first close. They undoubtedly went over and above to perform for me and I couldn’t ask for a better lending service.

Avamore were superb in structuring a part built development to exit facility. The process from start to finish was quick and precise. There was always great communication between ourselves and the transaction analyst and we were always provided with great feedback and genuine next steps. Good common sense approach to lending and an overall a very positive experience.

From the word go, it was a difficult case due to a variety of factors and matters did become protracted, however Avamore showed a great level of proactivity & patience in dealing with all the necessary parties to get the deal over the line.

Avamore took on a difficult case both in terms of execution but also in terms of working to a tight deadline over Christmas. The teams dedication to ensuring completion of the loan despite challenges was refreshing. It was great to work with Avamore on a bridge deal. Their service was exceptional, especially as we encountered some tricky situations along the way. Many other lenders are likely to have given up but they persisted and so it genuinely felt as though we were working together. I have just completed a deal to organise development finance through Avemore Capital and have to say the level of service and dedication to get us to the start line of the scheme has been nothing short of amazing. I embarked on a project to obtain planning to convert my existing large 4 bedroom flat into 2x 2 bedroom apartments in Hampton Hill, a year later and I was ready to look for funding and after some time Avemore stepped in to assist in the scheme and what should of been quite straight forward quickly turned to a complicated headache. This was due to reasons out of Avemore’s hands regarding complications on the lease. The team at Avemore helped me negotiate the correct way to safe guard my interests financially in the granting of new leases on the scheme and I seriously doubt I would of got to this point with other lenders in the market place as it would of just taken too much time to do this pre-completion. A special mention has to go to Directors Zuhair and Michael & Principle Amit who have painstakingly persisted with this to get me to completion! I look forward to the next stage and the working with them throughout the build.

We are working with Avamore on a current live deal and are about 50% of the way through the loan term. Throughout the whole process Avamore have been communicative, supportive and professional.
The principals (Nick & Amit) are second to none in their field and are personable too, a rare trait in this game.

I was impressed with three things from Avamore in relation to a loan I've just arranged through them:-

Firstly, they amended a development loan offer to a bridging loan offer, effectively relying on a different piece of security, without commissioning a new valuation

Secondly, they found a fast route to then increase the bridging loan when some funds due to the borrower were delayed

While in my own mind both of the amendments were credit worthy, I’m not sure many others lenders would have been as accommodating, flexible, or fast.

Thirdly, despite the borrower being in a difficult situation and on a short timescale, their pricing for the above revisions was very fair indeed.

I was introduced to Avamore as a reliable source of bridging finance for a property acquisition. The timing was very tight to meet the exchange deadline. The team at Avamore worked closely with both myself and my advisors to not just hit the deadline but to do so in a clear and open way that gave me confidence throughout the process.
